ՄԱԿ-ը իր զեկույցում եզրակացրել է, որ իր զեկույցները ժողովրդականություն չեն վայելում

ՄԱԿ-ի զեկույցը, որը փնտրում է արդյունավետության բարելավման և ծախսերի կրճատման ուղիներ, ասում է, որ քչերն են կարդում ՄԱԿ-ի զեկույցները, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը։
ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Անտոնիո Գուտերեշը ուրբաթ օրը հրապարակել է իր ՄԱԿ-80 աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ զեկույցը, որը կենտրոնանում է այն բանի վրա, թե ինչպես են ՄԱԿ-ի աշխատակիցները իրականացնում Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի և Անվտանգության խորհրդի նման մարմինների կողմից տրված հազարավոր մանդատները։
Անցյալ տարի նա հայտնել է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի համակարգը աջակցել է 240 մարմինների մասնակցությամբ 27,000 հանդիպման, իսկ ՄԱԿ-ի քարտուղարությունը կազմել է 1,100 զեկույց, ինչը 20 տոկոսով ավելի է, քան 1990 թվականին։ «Հանդիպումների և զեկույցների մեծ ծավալը համակարգը և մեզ բոլորիս հասցնում է սահմանային մակարդակի», - ասել է Գուտերեշը։ «Այս զեկույցներից շատերը հազիվ են կարդացվում։ Զեկույցների առաջին 5 տոկոսը ներբեռնվում է ավելի քան 5,500 անգամ, մինչդեռ յուրաքանչյուր հինգ զեկույցից մեկը ստանում է 1,000-ից պակաս ներբեռնում։ Եվ ներբեռնումը պարտադիր չէ, որ նշանակի ընթերցում»։
Գուտերեշը ՄԱԿ-80 աշխատանքային խումբը ստեղծեց մարտին, քանի որ ՄԱԿ-ը, որն այս տարի լրանում է 80 տարեկան, առնվազն յոթերորդ տարին անընդմեջ բախվում է իրացվելիության ճգնաժամի, քանի որ ՄԱԿ-ի բոլոր 193 անդամ պետությունները չեն վճարում իրենց կանոնավոր պարտադիր վճարները ամբողջությամբ կամ ժամանակին։
Աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից հինգշաբթի ուշ երեկոյան հրապարակված զեկույցը ներառում է բարեփոխումների ջանքերի մի քանի ասպեկտներից միայն մեկը։ Գուտերեշի կողմից ուրբաթ օրը ներկայացված առաջարկների թվում էր. «Ավելի քիչ հանդիպումներ։ Ավելի քիչ զեկույցներ, բայց այնպիսիք, որոնք կարող են լիովին բավարարել բոլոր մանդատների պահանջները»։
