Հայաստանի կառավարությունն ու Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի «լոպեսը»

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը որոշում է կայացրել 6 միլիոն դոլար հատկացնել ամերիկացի երգչուհի Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի համերգին, որը կայանալու է արդեն վաղը, ընդ որում դրա համար օգտագործելու են դեռևս 2023 թ․-ին Սնուփ Դոգի համար հատկացված 6 միլիոն դոլարը։
Հիշեցնենք, այն ժամանակ Արցախի հայաթափման ադրբեջանական գործողության հետևանքով համերգը չեղարկվեց, իսկ գումարները հայկական կողմին չվերադարձվեցին։ Այդուհանդերձ, ԿԳՄՍՆ-ն բազմիցս հայտարարել է, թե այդ գումարները վերադարձվելու են Հայաստանին, և այժմ հենց դրանք են օգտագործվելու Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի համար։
Ի դեպ, ի տարբերություն այլ դեպքերի, երբ Լոպեսը շատ ավելի էժան գնով է երգում, այս անգամ նրան 2․5 միլիոն դոլար հոնորար է վճարվելու։ Իսկ երկօրյա շրջագայության ընթացքում միայն սննդի առաքման ծառայությունների վրա նախատեսված գումարը կազմում է 37 հազար դոլար։ Ահռելի գումարներ են վճարվելու «Դվին» հյուրանոցին, նաև այն թիմին, որը կազմակերպելու է համերգը Երևանի «Հրազդան» մարզադաշտում։
Երեկվանից արդեն սոցիալական ցանցերում բուռն բողոքի դրսևորումներ էին։ Սոցիալական բարդագույն վիճակում գտնվող երկրում նման ահռելի միջոցներ վատնելը, այն էլ իր հեղինակության և ազդեցության մայրամուտում գտնվող մի երգչուհու համերգի համար, առնվազն անհեթեթ և վտանգավոր է, առավել ևս, երբ այդ գումարները կարող էին ծախսվել հանրության, օրինակ, արցախցիների սոցիալական խնդիրները լուծելու համար։ Նույնիսկ կառավարության հիմնավորումները, թե Լոպեսի այցը նպաստելու է Հայաստանի հանրահռչակմանը, տնտեսագիտական որևէ հաշվարկով լուրջ քննադատության չեն դիմանում, առավել ևս, որ համերգի համար նույն այդ հարկատուները հսկայական գումարներ են վճարելու։ Տոմսերի գինը սկսվում է 25 հազար դրամից և հասնում 180 հազար դրամի։
