Փաշինյանի արձակուրդից հետո նոր պաշտոնանկություններ են սպասվում

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հուլիսի 28-ից գնացել է արձակուրդ և արդեն մի քանի օր շարունակ ֆեյսբուքյան էջում որևէ ակտիվություն չի ցուցաբերում։ Ըստ կառավարության, արձակուրդը ձգվելու է մինչև օգոստոսի 15-ը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանն արձակուրդում է եղել նաև հուլիսի 18-ից 23-ը, ընդ որում այդ ժամանակ իր հանգիստն անցկացրել է Լոռու մարզում։
Այժմ հայտնի չէ, թե ուր է մեկնել Փաշինյանը և որտեղ է անցկացնելու արձակուրդը։
Իսկ արձակուրդից հետո, ըստ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության մեր աղբյուրների, Փաշինյանը մտադիր է որոշ վերադասավորումներ իրականացնել Հայաստանի կառավարությունում։ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Սիմիդյանին հեռացնելուց և նրա փոխարեն իր խորհրդական Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանին նշանակելուց հետո այժմ էլ Փաշինյանի թիրախում փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն է։ Փաշինյանն անձամբ այնքան էլ դժգոհ չէ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի աշխատանքից, բայց վերջինս կոնֆլիկտ ունի վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հետ, իսկ Հարությունյանի ազդեցությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վրա թերևս հայտնի է բոլորին։
Արդեն մինչև սեպտեմբեր իշխանությունը նաև պետք է համապատասխան թեկնածու գտնի աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի համար։ Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի ագրեմանն ուղարկվել է Միացյալ Նահանգներ և արդեն իսկ ընդունվել ամերիկյան կողմից, առաջիկայում նա դեսպան էր մեկնելու Վաշինգտոն։ Գործող իշխանությունները, սակայն, չունեն համապատասխան թեկնածու նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար։ Սարիկ Մինասյանը հրաժարվել է դառնալ նախարար, փոխարենը նախընտրելով նշանակվել ՀԷՑ-ի Շիրակի մարզային կառույցի ղեկավար։
Մեր աղբյուրը չի բացառում, որ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվի փոխնախարար Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը, ով բավական ակտիվ քպական է և սերտ հարաբերություններ ունի կուսակցության առաջատար դեմքերի հետ։
Առայժմ այլ նախարարների գլխին մութ ամպեր կուտակված չեն, Փաշինյանը կադրային լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի և չի ցանկանում որևէ մեկին նեղացնել, որպեսզի հետո հանկարծ չմնա առանց նախարարների։
