Վերաքննիչ դատարանի որոշումը` քաղբանտարկյալ Արմեն Աշոտյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխության վերաբերյալ հանրայնացնելուց անմիջապես հետո, դատախազությունը շտապեց հայտարարել, որ բողոքարկելու են այն: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Արմենը 15 ամիս բանտում էր, շուրջ 11 ամիս էլ տնային կալանքի ռեժիմում` բազմաթիվ սահմանափակումներով, այդ թվում` քաղաքական գործունեության:
Վերաքննիչ դատարանի որոշմամբ՝ ընդամենը նրա տնային կալանքը փոխարինվել է վարչական վերահսկողությամբ, սակայն իշխանությունն արդեն ճանապարհներ է փնտրում Աշոտյանի նկատմամբ թշնամական գործողություններն ակտիվ պահելու և մշտական քաղաքական հետապնդման թիրախում պահելու համար:
Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ խափանման միջոցը փոխվել է, սակայն նրա գործը ո´չ կարճվել է, ո´չ էլ վերջինս արդարացվել է:
