Alaska Airlines 1282 չվերթին սպասարկող չորս ուղեկցորդուհիներ հայց են ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Boeing ընկերության: Հայցվորները պնդում են, որ իրենք ֆիզիկական վնասվածքներ և հոգեբանական տրավմաներ են ստացել 9 Boeing 737 MAX 9 ինքնաթիռին առնչվող միջադեպի հետևանքով, որի վթարային ելքի խցանը պոկվել էր 2024 թվականի հունվարին թռիչքի ժամանակ, հաղորդում է The Seattle Times-ը:

Փաստաթղթերում նշվում են ֆիզիկական վնասվածքների, բարոյական վնասների և ֆինանսական կորուստների մասին: Հայցվորները Boeing-ին պատասխանատու են համարում ոչ անվտանգ ինքնաթիռի արտադրության և անփույթ հավաքման համար:

Տրանսպորտային անվտանգության ազգային խորհրդի (NTSB) անցկացրած հետաքննությունը պարզել է, որ օդանավի դռնակը տեղադրված է եղել առանց չորս ամրացնող պտուտակների, ինչի պատճառով այն պոկվել է: Արդյունքում, սրահում ճնշումը կտրուկ նվազել է, թթվածնի դիմակները ընկել են, և խցիկի դուռը լայն բացվել է:

Ըստ փաստաբանի՝ ուղեկցորդուհիները արիաբար են գործել և այժմ փոխհատուցում են պահանջում: Հայցվորներից մեկը հայտարարել է, որ միջադեպը, «որը երբեք չպետք է տեղի ունենար», խոր ազդեցություն է ունեցել իր կյանքի վրա: Մեկ ուրիշը հավելել է, որ միջադեպը լուրջ խոչընդոտ է դարձել իր սիրելի մասնագիտությանը վերադառնալու համար։

Boeing-ի ներկայացուցիչները հրաժարվել են մեկնաբանություն տալ։

Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2024 թվականի հունվարի 5-ին՝ թռիչքից կարճ ժամանակ անց, մոտ 5 կմ բարձրության վրա։ Ինքնաթիռն արտակարգ վայրէջք է կատարել Պորտլենդում։ Ինքնաթիռում եղել է 171 ուղևոր և անձնակազմի վեց անդամ։ Ծանր վնասվածքներ չեն եղել, սակայն մի քանի ուղևորներ թեթև մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել։
