TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025. հայկական անշարժ գույքի ամենասպասված ցուցահանդեսն այս տարի կկայանա սեպտեմբերի 5-ից 7-ը՝ Մերիդիանում
VIDEOՄոսկվայում կայացած TOON EXPO Մոսկվա 2025 միջազգային ցուցահանդեսը հաջողությամբ ամփոփվել է՝ ամրապնդելով իր դիրքը որպես անշարժ գույքի ոլորտի խոշոր հարթակ։
TOON EXPO-ն այս տարվա հունիսի 27-29-ն առաջին անգամ անցկացվեց Հայաստանի սահմաններից դուրս՝ Մոսկվայում։ Ցուցահանդեսը նախատեսված էր ռուսաստանաբնակ հայերի եւ ներդրողների համար՝ ներկայացնելու Հայաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկան, ստուգելու նոր շուկայի արձագանքը եւ գնահատելու ներդրումային հնարավորությունները։
Ցուցահանդեսին մասնակցեցին ավելի քան 30 կառուցապատողներ Հայաստանից և ԱՄԷ-ից՝ ներկայացնելով 50-ից ավել նախագծեր՝ հատուկ առաջարկներով, ինչպես նաև ոլորտի տարբեր գործընկեր կազմակերպություններ։ Միջոցառման ընթացքում հազարավոր այցելուներ ուսումնասիրեցին ՀՀ անշարժ գույքը, իրականացվեցին հարյուրավոր ամրագրումներ, կնքվեցին պայմանագրեր, ձևավորվեցին հարյուրավոր նոր բիզնես կապեր։
Արդյունքներից ելնելով՝ արդեն պլանավորվում է միջոցառումը անցկացնել նաեւ Սոչիում, թիրախում է նաեւ Լոս Անջելեսը՝ որպես հայկական սփյուռքի եւս մեկ խոշոր կենտրոն։
Հուլիսի 31-ին Երևանի «Ալեքսանդր» հյուրանոցում, կայացավ ցուցահանդեսի հատուկ ամփոփիչ միջոցառումը, որի ընթացքում կազմակերպիչները՝ Big Projects ընկերության ներկայացուցիչները, ներկաներին ներկայացրին ցուցահանդեսի արդյունքները, ամփոփիչ տվյալները և անդրադարձան այցելուների վարքային դինամիկայի ու համագործակցության նոր հնարավորությունների քննարկմանը։
Հիմա ուշադրության կենտրոնում է TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025-ը, որը կանցկացվի սեպտեմբերի 5-7-ը, Երևանի ՄԵՐԻԴԻԱՆ ցուցահանդեսային կենտրոնում, Երևանում արդեն 5-րդ անգամ։ Այն մեկ հարթակում կհամախմբի առաջատար կառուցապատողներին, ներդրումային առաջարկներն ու շուկայի միտումները։
TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025-ն այս տարի էականորեն տարբերվելու է նախորդ տարիներից: Բացի հիմնական սրահից, որտեղ ներկայացված են լինելու անշարժ գույք, կառուցապատողներ, ներդրումային առաջարկներ, լինելու է նաև 2-րդ՝ Հարակից ոլորտների մատակարարների սրահ:
Ցուցահանդեսն այս անգամ խոստանում է լինել է՛լ ավելի մասշտաբային՝ համատեղելով տեղական նախագծերը և ներդրումային անշարժ գույքը աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից։ Այս ցուցահանդեսին ևս կանխատեսվում է ինչպես մեր քաղաքացիների, այնպես էլ սփյուռքահայ ներդրողների ակտիվ այցելությունը։ Հատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում են լինելու Հայաստանում և արտերկրում գտնվող ներդրումային անշարժ գույքերը։
2022 թվականից ի վեր Երեւանում անցկացված 4 եւ Մոսկվայում՝ 1 ցուցահանդեսներին ընդհանուր մասնակցել է ավելի քան 300 ընկերություն, այցելել ավելի քան 60,000 մարդ եւ վաճառվել $500 մլն գույք։
TOON EXPO-ն տարիների ընթացքում դարձել է վստահելի հարթակ՝ ինչպես անշարժ գույքի ոլորտի մասնագետների, այնպես էլ գնորդների համար՝ ստեղծելով ապահով հարթակ՝ բնկարանների ձեռբերման, ներդումների, երկարատև և մասշտաբային համագործակցություններ և ոլորտի զարգացման միտումներին ծանոթանալու համար։
