«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
2025 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկ վճարողների ցանկը, կարելի է ասել, բավականին տխուր պատկեր է ի ցույց դնում: Կան զգալի անակնկալներ, իսկ այդ ամենն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, պատկերում է Հայաստանի տնտեսության առկա անմխիթար վիճակն ու կառավարության վերջին տարիների գործունեության ծանր հետևանքները:
Նախ՝ նշենք, որ մեծ թիվ են կազմում ներկրողները, վերաարտահանողներն ու բանկերը: Ավելին, դրանցից մեկն այս անգամ ցուցակի առաջատար է դարձել: Խոսքը «Մոբայլ սենթրի» մասին է, որն առաջին կիսամյակում վճարել է մոտ 33 մլրդ դրամ հարկ: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ չնայած զգալի թիվ են կազմում ՏՏ ընկերությունները, ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 76-ը 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում են, սակայն նրանք բոլորը միասին պետական բյուջե են վճարել շուրջ 54 միլիարդ դրամ։
Ոչ պակաս տպավորիչ է առաջին հիսնյակի ընդհանուր պատկերը: Բացի ներմուծում և հատկապես վերաարտահանում իրականացնող ընկերություններից, լավագույն հիսուն հարկ վճարողների ցանկում են հանքարդյունաբերության 4 ընկերություն՝ ոլորտի անվերապահ առաջատար և Հայաստանի տնտեսության հիմնական շոգեքարշներից մեկը համարվող Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի գլխավորությամբ, 10 բանկ (Արդշինբանկ, Ամերիաբանկ, Ակբա, Ինեկո, Այդի, Յունիբանկ, Էվոկա, Արարատ, Հայէկոնոմբանկ), կապի երեք օպերատոր (Վիվա Արմենիա, Տելեկոմ Արմենիա, Յուքոմ), ինչպես նաև Գազպրոմը, ՀԷՑ-ը և Վեոլիա ջուրը:
Չնայած, ընդհանուր առմամբ, արտադրության ծավալները երկրում որոշակիորեն կրճատվել են հունվար-հունիսին, այդուամենայնիվ, կան ընկերություններ, որոնք իրենց դիրքերը պահպանել են լավագույն հարկատուների ցանկում: Նրանց թիվը առաջին հիսնյակում 8-ն է՝ Գրանդ տոբակո, Մասիս տաբակ, Սիգարոն, Ջերմուկ, Կոկա-Կոլա, Գրանդ քենդի, Աթենք:
