«Սյունիքի դարպասները» բացողը. Խաչատուրյանի դավաճանական հայտարարությունը

Մինչ կողմից Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները հայտարարում են, թե մերժել են ճանապարհների ապաշրջափակման ամերիկյան առաջարկը, մյուս կողմից շարունակում են իրենց դավաճանական քաղաքականությունը և փորձում առաջ մղել թուրք ադրբեջանական տանդեմի, այսպես կոչված, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» նարատիվը։ Հայաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը եռօրյա աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Սյունիքի մարզ, որտեղ խորհրդակցություն է ունեցել տեղական իշխանությունների, իրավապահների հետ, հայտարարել, թե Սյունիքը Հայաստանի զարգացման դարպաս է դառնալու հետագա զարգացման համար։
«Եթե մենք կարողանանք Սյունիքի դարպասները բացել, ես նկատի ունեմ 43 կմ հնարավորությունները։ Ուրեմն, վստահ եղեք, որ ապագան զարգացման առումով շատ մեծ հնարավորություններ է տալիս։ Եվ այն մեծ ծրագիրը, որ մենք հիմա ներկայացնում ենք ու առաջ ենք տանում՝ «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկը», նաև շատ լավ ընկալվում է միջազգային հանրության կողմից, բոլորի համար շատ գրավիչ է ու տեսանելի։ Մեր նպատակը հետևյալն է՝ ամենամոտ ժամանակում ստորագրել այդ խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը»,- ասել է Խաչատուրյանը։
Վերջինս գուցե տեղյակ չէ, բայց Սյունիքի դարպասները Հայաստանի համար բաց են։ Այդ դարպասներով Հայաստանը կարող է մտնել Իրան, հասնել ընդհուպ Հնդկաստան, իսկ նման հայտարարությունը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան հակապետական հայտարարություն։ Անվանելով դա «Սյունիքի դարպասներ», ըստ էության, գործող իշխանությունը փորձում է այդկերպ ցրել «Զանգեզուրի միջանցք» արտահայտությամբ բացասական էֆեկտը, իսկ ապագայի հնարավորությունները կապելով միայն 43 կիլոմետրի հետ, փաստացի իշխանությունը պնդում է, որ առանց այդ 43 կմ բացելու Հայաստանը չունի զարգացման հնարավորություն։
Ի՞նչ դարպասի մասին կարող է խոսք լինել, երբ Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է փոխադարձության սկզբունքից, Հայաստանից պահանջում միայն միջանցք/տարածք/ճանապարհ Ադրբեջանի մի հատվածը մյուս հատվածի՝ Նախիջևանի հետ կապելու համար, բայց և հրաժարվելու է իր տարածքով Հայաստանին որևէ ճանապարհ տրամադրելու հնարավորությունից։ Փաստացի, այդ «դարպասները» բացելով, հնարավորություն է տրվելու Թուրքիային Ադրբեջանի տարածքով հասնել ընդհուպ մինչև Մեծ Թուրանի ամենահեռավոր հորիզոնները, իսկ դրանից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը ընդհանրապես ոչինչ չի շահելու, առավել ևս ճանապարհի կառավարումը ինչ-որ մեկին արտապատվիրակվելու պայմաններում։
