Եկատերինբուրգում Հայաստանի պատվավոր հյուպատոս Նարեկ Սպարտակյանի ազատումը պաշտոնից կարող է դասական օրինակ լինել բոլոր այն դիվանագետների համար, ովքեր մտածում են սեփական կարծիք ունենալ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու և փաշինյանական իշխանության հակամարտության վերաբերյալ։ Արտգործնախարարությունը չի հերքում, որ դադարեցրել են Սպարտակյանի գործառույթները, բայց և մանրամասները չի հայտնում։ Ռուսական մամուլը, սակայն, նշել է, որ Եկատերինբուրգում Հայաստանի պատվավոր հյուպատոսն ազատվել է աշխատանքից, քանի որ դեմ է արտահայտվել Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ ՀՀ իշխանությունների սկսած արշավին, ինչպես նաև գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանավորմանը։

«Ցանկացած գործողություն, որն ուղղված է Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ, անթույլատրելի է»,- հայտարարել է Սպարտակյանը։ Վերջինս, որ մեծացել է Եկատերինբուրգում, պատվավոր հյուպատոսի պաշտոնը ստանձնել էր 2018 թ․-ին և, ըստ տեղի բնակիչների, բավականին լուրջ և կարևոր աշխատանք է կատարել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման, ինչպես նաև Եկատերինբուրգում հայ համայնքի ազդեցության ու դերի մեծացման հարցում։ Բայց երբ հանդգնել է չհամաձայնվել գործող իշխանությունների դավաճանական քաղաքականության հետ, անմիջապես ազատվել է պաշտոնից։

Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, գործող իշխանությունները Եկատերինբուրգում այլ թեկնածու չունեն, որին կկարողանան նշանակել պատվավոր հյուպատոս։ Ուստի չի բացառվում, որ հենց այդ քաղաքում գտնվող պատվո հյուպատոսարանը փակելու որոշում կայացվի։ Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի դեսպան Գուրգեն Արսենյանը ԱԳՆ-ին զգուշացրել է, որ տեղում չկա այնպիսի մեկը, որը կկարողանա բավարար չափով ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։

Իսկ հայ համայնքի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներն էլ դեմ են Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու և Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ իրականացվող արշավին։ Իսկ Ռուսաստանի տարբեր համայնքներում վերջին օրերին ավելի ու ավելի է սրվում բողոքի ալիքը՝ ընդդեմ փաշինյանական իշխանությունների։ Օրերս էլ Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի դեսպանատան առջև է բողոքի ակցիա տեղի ունեցել, մոսկվայաբնակ հայ երիտասարդները բողոքել են Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ իրականացվող գործողություններից։
