Երևան քաղաքի Առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ուղեկցող ՃՈ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ Արամ Նավասարդյանին` Սոնա Մնացականյանին վրաերթի ենթարկելու համար:
Պատժաչափը կորոշվի լրացուցիչ դատական նիստով: Արամ Նավասարդյանի նկատմամբ սահմանված խափանման միջոցը՝ հանրապետությունից բացակայելու արգելքը, մնացել է անփոփոխ։
2022-ի ապրիլի 26-ին Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյան մեքենաներից մեկը Երևանում՝ Լեո և Պարոնյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում, վրաերթի էր ենթարկել 31 շաբաթական հղիություն ունեցող հետիոտն Սոնա Մնացականյանին։ Ո՛չ Սոնայի, ո՛չ էլ նրա առաջնեկի կյանքը փրկել չէր հաջողվել։ Փաշինյանն այդ օրը շտապել էր Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության հետ հանդիպման։ Ո՛չ վրաերթ կատարած մեքենան, ո՛չ էլ շարասյան մյուս մեքենաները չէին կանգնել ու փորձել նրան տեղափոխել հիվանդանոց։
Գործով ձերբակալվել էր Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ուղեկցող սպայական վաշտի 3-րդ դասակի հրամանատար Արամ Նավասարդյանը։ 2022-ի հոկտեմբերի 14-ին գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ մտել էր դատարան։
Ըստ նախաքննության՝ Արամ Նավասարդյանը կատարել է հատուկ շարասյան ուղեկցում՝ ընթանալով շարասյան առջևից և խախտելով երթևեկության կանոնները։ Նա վարել է մեքենան շուրջ 108.7 կմ/ժ արագությամբ՝ գերազանցելով թույլատրելի 100 կմ/ժ սահմանը։ Ավելին, նա միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել արագությունը նվազեցնելու համար։ Մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ՝ Նավասարդյանը վրաերթի է ենթարկել կանաչ լույսի տակ «հանգիստ քայլող հետիոտն Սոնա Մնացականյանին»։
