Խնձոր, կարտոֆիլ, ցորեն. է՞լ ինչ թանկացում սպասենք աշնանը

Այս տարի Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում գարուն–ամառ սեզոններին բավականին առատ անձրևներ տեղացին, կարկուտներ եղան, անգամ պտտահողմ, ինչի հետևանքով բազմաթիվ գյուղացիներ բողոքում էին, որ բերքը վնասվել է։ Նրանցից շատերը նշում էին, որ այս տարի բանջարեղենը և միրգը էլ ավելի թանկ կվաճառվեն, քան նախորդ տարիներին։
Բացի այդ, Վերին Լարսում խցանումների պատճառով, նաև մաքսային խնդիր ներով պայմանավորված վրացական սահմանում մնացել էին կոնյակով, ծիրաններով, ծաղիկներովև այլ մթերքով բեռնված հայկական բեռնատարներ։ Արտահանումն այս տարի գլխացավանք է թե՛ արտահանողների, թե՛ գյուղացիների համար։
Ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում, ի՞նչ խնդիրներ կաև ի՞նչ ճգնաժամերի սպասենք աշնանը․ այս հարցի շուրջ MediaHub-ը զրուցեց գյուղատնտես Հարություն Մնացականյանի հետ։
«Խնդիրների մասով, օրինակ, կոնյակի հետ կապված. ինչպես գիտեք, Վրաստանի սահմանին կոնյակով բեռնատարներ են կանգնած, և կոնյակի չիրացվելիությունը, դժվար արտահանումը բերելու է խաղողի մթերման ծավալների կրճատման, ինչը շատ հնարավոր է գյուղացիներն իրենց վրա զգան սեպտեմբերից հետո։ Շատ մտահոգիչ պատկեր է, հույս ունենք, որ մինչ սեպտեմբեր կոնյակի արտահանման խնդիրը մի ձև կլուծվի»,– նշեց Մնացականյանը։
Ըստ գյուղատնտեսի՝ ծաղիկների արտահանման հետ կապված մարդիկ լուրջ ֆինանսներ են կորցրել, որը շարունակվում է, և այդ խնդիրը մինչ այս պահը լուծում չի ստացել։ Նրա խոսքով, բավականին ջերմատնային տնտեսություններ կործանման առաջ են կանգնել, քանի որ ունեն կուտակված մեծ վարկեր, և հույսեր, որ ծաղկի վաճառքից ստացված շահույթով վարկերի մարումներ կիրականացնեն, սակայն, կանգնել են լուրջ փաստի առաջ։
«Այս տարի կարկուտը բավականին վնասներ հացրեց այգիներին, Կոտայքի մարզում, հարավային շրջաններում բերքի երաշտ տարի է եղել, հացահատիկի, ցորենի բերքը բավականաչափ ցածր է, Սյունիքում համեմատաբար բարձր է, հույս կա, որ Սյունիքում լավ արդյունքներ կստանանք։ Այս տարի խնձորի այգիները բավականին վնասներ կրեցին կարկուտից, խնձորի բարձր գին կդիտվի, քանի որ այդքան քանակություն չկա, իսկ, օրինակ, կարտոֆիլի մասով դեռ պարզ չի»,– նշեց նա։
Ըստ Մնացականյանի՝ հակակարկտային կայանները նորմալ չեն կարողացել գործել այս տարի, ինչի հետևանքով բավականին համայնքներ ուժեղ կարկտահարության են ենթարկվել։
«Ունենք բերքի մեծ կորուստ, հատկապես Կարբիի, Օհանավանի շրջաններում, Արագածոտնի մարզի այդ շրջանում, որտեղ ամենաշատ խնձորի այգիներն են։ Ամփոփելով ասեմ, որ այս տարի կունենանք որոշակի մշակաբույսերի հետ կապված թանկացումներ, մասնավորապես, խնձորի հետ կապված։ ՌԴ–ում ցորենի բերքի պակաս կա 15%-ով, արդեն իսկ հիմա ցորենի մեծածախ գինը 120 դրամ է ՀՀ–ում, իսկ անցած տարի և նախորդ տարին 70 դրամի շրջանում էր»,– հավելեց գյուղատնտեսը։
