Մակունցի օրերը դեսպանի պաշտոնում հաշվված են

Միացյալ Նահանգներում Հայաստանի դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցն առաջիկայում հրաժեշտ կտա իր պաշտոնին։ Մակունցը դեսպանի պաշտոնում նշանակվել էր 2021 թվականի օգոստոսին և վաղուց արդեն սպառել է իր ժամկետը դեսպանի պաշտոնում։ Գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, այս անգամ չեն էլ փորձում երկարաձգել Մակունցի պաշտոնավարումը, այդ հարցում ունենալով ԱՄՆ հանրապետական վարչակազմի պահանջը։
Մակունցը, հիշեցնենք, ԱՄՆ նախագահական ընտրությունների ժամանակ անթաքույց աջակցություն էր ցուցաբերում Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությանը, հանդիպումներ ունենում բացառապես դեմոկրատ թեկնածուների և նրանց աջակիցների հետ։ Դեսպանի այս գործողությունները լրջագույն վնաս են հասցրել Հայաստանի հեղինակությանը։ Դե իսկ ամերիկյան վարչակազմը՝ Դոնալդ Թրամփի գլխավորությամբ, նման դրսևորումներն առանձնապես ներելու ցանկություններ չունի։
Իհարկե, ավելի ուշ ձախողված դեսպանը աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի հետ մասնակցել էր Դոնալդ Թրամփի երդմնակալությանը նվիրված երեկոյին։ Բայց դա որևէ բան նրա կյանքում չէր փոխել։ Ընդհակառակը, ամերիկյան հանրապետական վարչակազմը չափազանց շատ է ցանկանում դեսպանի պաշտոնում տեսնել հենց աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին, ով նաև «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության արտաքին կապերի պատասխանատուն է և ,զարմանալիորեն, լուրջ հարաբերություններ է ստեղծել հանրապետական վարչակազմի բարձրաստիճան ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Մասնավորապես, նշված արարողությանը հանդիպել է Մարկո Ռուբիոյին, նախագահ Թրամփի երկարամյա ընկերներ Քրիստոֆե Ռուդիին, Պատրիկ Օրլանդոյին, այլ պաշտոնյաների։
Վաշինգտոնում Մկրտչյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել նաև Նահիգիան եղբայրների՝ Քիթ և Քեն Նահիգիանների հետ, որոնք շուրջ 2 տասնամյակ բարձր պաշտոններ են զբաղեցրել ամենատարբեր կառավարություններում, հատկապես հանրապետական վարչակազմերի ժամանակ։ Քեն Նահիգիանը 2017 թ․-ին ղեկավարել է Թրամփի անցումային թիմը ։Եվ հենց նրանք են լոբբինգ արել, որպեսզի Հայաստանը դեսպան նշանակի Նարեկ Մկրտչյանին, հասկացնելով, որ վերջինիս հետ ավելի հեշտ լեզու կգտնեն, քան Լիլիթ Մակունցի։
Մկրտչյանի նշանակումը նաև հնարավորություն կտա որոշակիորեն կարգավորել հարաբերությունները ԱՄՆ հայ համայնքի հետ, որտեղ չափազանց լուրջ ընդդիմադիր տրամադրություններ կան, իսկ Լիլիթ Մակունցը հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու փոխարեն ավելի է փչացրել։ Ի դեպ, Մակունցն առանց գործի չի մնալու։ Առնվազն, առաջիկայում նրանք կնշանակեն Փաշինյանի խորհրդական, ապա և այլ, ավելի բարձր պաշտոն կտան։
