Տնտեսական անկումը քաղաքական հետևանքներ է ունենալու Փաշինյանի համար
ANALYSIS
2025 թվականի հունվար-հուլիսին Հայաստանի և այլ երկրների միջև արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալը կազմել է 9 մլրդ 668 մլն դոլար, 2024 թվականի համադրելի ցուցանիշի համեմատ արձանագրվել է անկում 45 %-ով։ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալներով, արտահանման անկումը կազմել է 52․8 %, ներմուծման ոլորտում արձանագրված անկումը՝ 38․6 %։
Թեպետ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը փորձում է համոզել հանրությանը, որ տնտեսական ակտիվություն կա, տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշի հավելաճն էլ կազմել է 8․6 % նախորդ տարվա հունիսի համեմատ, այդուհանդերձ, աճ գրանցվել են բացառապես շինարարության, ծառայությունների և առևտրի շրջանառության ոլորտում։
Արդյունաբերության ծավալները նվազել են 1․2 %-ով, փաստացի Հայաստանը վերածվել է շինարարական, ծառայություններ ու առևտուր մատուցող պետության, իսկ տնտեսության հիմնական ողնաշարը՝ արդյունաբերությունը գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է նվազում։
Տևական ժամանակ արձանագրում ենք, որ վերլուծաբանները և մասնագետները մտահոգիչ զարգացումներ են դիտարկում Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ, սակայն գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում էին համոզել, թե տնտեսական առումով խնդիր չկա։
Իհարկե, տնտեսական անկումը առաջին հերթին քաղաքական հետևանքներ է ունենալու հենց Հայաստանը ղեկավարող ապիկար իշխանությունների համար, թեպետ Փաշինյանը փորձում է Արևմուտքի միջոցով որոշակիորեն բեկել իրավիճակը, բայց Եվրամիությունը և Միացյալ Նահանգները խոստումներից այն կողմ չեն անցնում։ Այս տեմպերով անկում արձանագրվելու դեպքում արդեն 2026 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը շառաչուն ապտակ է ստանալու և պարտվելու է։ Եթե կարողանան տնտեսական առումով որոշակի բեկում մտցնել, այդ դեպքում դեռևս կփորձեն դա ներկայացնել որպես իշխող ուժի լուրջ ձեռքբերում, բայց և առայժմ որևէ հուսադրող զարգացում գործող իշխանությունների համար չկա։
