«Սոգլասիե-Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերությունը հարկ է համարում անդրադառնալ զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով տարածված՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դեռևս օրինական ուժի մեջ չմտած վճռին:
Քաղաքացիական գործը վերաբերում է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հայցին՝ ընդդեմ «Սոգլասիե-Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ի, կառուցապատման համար տրամադրված հողամասի նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքը դադարեցնելու և սեփականության իրավունքի պետական գրանցումն անվավեր ճանաչելու պահանջներին: Խոսքը նախկին «Մանկական աշխարհ» հանրախանութի մասին է: «Սոգլասիե-Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության համար ակնհայտ է, որ վերը նշված դատական ակտը պայմանավորված է ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար, ՌՀՄ նախագահ և ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի բարի կամքի դեսպան Արա Աբրահամյանի գործունեությամբ: Միաժամանակ հայտնում ենք, որ «Սոգլասիե-Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերության կողմից կատարվել և կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ շինարարական աշխատանքները, որոնց ձգձգման, դժվարությունների և խոչընդոտների հասցեատերերը, տևական ժամանակ է, վարչական մարմիններին են: Ինչպես նաև «Սոգլասիե-Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերությունը հանդիսանում է օտարերկրյա ներդրող:
Ցավոք Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանն այս գործով անտեսել է նշված օբյեկտիվ տվյալներն ամբողջությամբ և նախապատվություն է տվել առանց անհրաժեշտ իրավական հիմքերի՝ սեփականազրկման կամայական դրսևորմանը: Ուշագրավ է, որ Դատարանի կողմից առաջ քաշված պատճառաբանությունները ոչ միայն չեն համապատասխանում Հայաստանի Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշումների, Վճռաբեկ դատարանի պահանջներին, այլ՝ նաև Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի որոշումներով ամրագրված պահանջներին: «Սոգլասիե-Արմենիա» ՓԲ ընկերությունը սահմանված ժամկետներում վերաքննության կարգով բողոքարկելու է ոչ իրավաչափ դատական ակտը: Ուշագրավ է, որ ոչ նույնական, սակայն որոշակի իրավական հարցերի մոտարկման պայմաններում, մեկ այլ գործով Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի նույն դատավորը ընդհանրապես մերժել էր Գլխավոր դատախազության հայցը հարակից հասցեում գտնվող մեկ այլ տարածքի վերաբերյալ, որի սեփականատերն իշխանամերձ ընկերություն է:
