Քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
«Թուրքիայի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կողմից կրկին ակտիվացել է հակաատոմային հռետորաբանությունը, այս անգամ՝ համակարգված տեղեկատվական հարվածների տեսքով ընդդեմ Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի։
Օրերս Թուրքական NTV հեռուստաալիքը և բրիտանական Daily Mail պարբերականը սինխրոն կերպով Մեծամորի ԱԷԿ-ի մասին նյութեր են տարածել, որոնցում ՀԱԷԿ-ը որակվում է որպես «նոր հնարավոր Չեռնոբիլ»: Նյութերում գերակշռում են մաշված շաբլոնները, էմոցիոնալ լեզուն և խիստ վիճարկելի «փորձագիտական» կարծիքները։
NTV-ն ՀԱԷԿ-ն անվանում է «ռումբ», ընդգծելով դրա գտնվելու վայրը սեյսմիկ ակտիվ գոտում և ռեակտորի տարիքը։ Դրա «հաստատման» համար մեջբերվում է արևմտյան «փորձագետ» Պիտեր Մարկո Թեյսը, ով կոչ է անում ԵՄ-ին և ԱՄՆ-ին «անհապաղ միջամտել՝ անվտանգության սպառնալիքը վերացնելու համար»։
Daily Mail-ը ևս ընտրել է նույն ալարմիստական ոճը: Հրապարակված նյութը համահունչ է ադրբեջանական խոսույթին՝ «կայանը կարող է պայթել ցանկացած պահի», «աղետն անխուսափելի է» և այլն:
Միչդեռ՝
Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ում վերջին տարիներին «Ռոսատոմի» կողմից անցկացված խորքային արդիականացումը էապես բարձրացրել են կայանի անվտանգության, կայունության ու արդյունավետության մակարդակը:
Իր հերթին, ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ն պաշտոնապես հաստատել է, որ արդիականացված ՀԱԷԿ-ը համապատասխանում է միջազգային բոոր ստանդարտներին։ Ավելին՝ գործակալության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Գրոսսին 2023 թ. հայտարարել է՝ կայանի շահագործումը իրականացվում է խիստ վերահսկողության ներքո և գործող անվտանգության կարգավորումների համաձայն։
Ինչո՞ւ է կրկին բարձրացվել հակամիջուկային աղմուկը։
Պատասխանը պարզ է՝ ՀԱԷԿ-ի դեմ տեղեկատվական գրոհները հանդիսանում են աշխարհաքաղաքական ճնշման գործիք։ Դրանց նպատակն է թուլացնել Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը, վարկաբեկել Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունը ատոմային ոլորտում և միջազգային տեղեկատվական դաշտում ձևավորել անորոշության և սպառնալիքի մթնոլորտ։
Դա համակարգային արշավի մաս է՝ ուղղված Հայաստանի էներգետիկ անվտանգության դեմ։ Ընդ որում այդ արշավը ո՛չ գիտական հիմք ունու, ո՛չ էլ փորձագիտական արժանահավատություն։ Գործ ունենք սովորական քաղաքական պոպուլիզմի հետ՝ քողարկված «էկոլոգիական մտահոգության» տակ։
Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանը չպետք է տրվի նման տեղեկատվական ճնշումների: Դրան հակառակ՝ անհրաժեշտ է խորացնել համագործակցությունը ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի հետ, ամրապնդել կապերը «Ռոսատոմ»-ի հետ՝ շարունակելով տեխնոլոգիական արդիականացման ուղին։
Էներգետիկ անվտանգությունը ինքնիշխանության հարց է։ Իսկ Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ը՝ ոչ թե սպառնալիք, այլ վահան»։
