Գլխավոր դատախազությունը հաստատում է, որ Էջմիածնի նախկին քաղաքապետի դրվագով քրեական վարույթ կա, որը հարուցվել է Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում փողերի լվացման և պաշտոնական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու հոդվածներով:
Իրավապահները չեն մանրամասնել, թե Դիանա Գասպարյանին ու ամուսնու մորը՝ Ռուզաննա Ասատրյանին արդյո՞ք այս հոդվածներով է մեղադրանք առաջադրվել: Հավելում են, որ նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, և դրա շահերից ելնելով` այլ տեղեկություններ չեն կարող հաղորդել: Հարս ու սկեսուր մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակ ունեն:
