Հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, ինչպես գիտեք, Հայաստանը հյուրընկալում է Կենսաբազմազանության մասին կոնվենցիայի կողմերի 17-րդ համաժողովը (COP17), և սա մեր պատասխանատվությունն է՝ ցույց տալու, որ մենք՝ որպես քաղաքացիական հասարակություն, հոգատար ենք մեր բնության և կենսաբազմազանության նկատմամբ, հայտնում են Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունից:
 
«Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը ահազանգեր է ստանում, որ տարբեր զբոսաշրջային այցելությունների ընթացքում խաթարվում են ջրային էկոհամակարգերը՝ վնասվում են ՀՀ Կարմիր գրքում գրանցված ջրաշուշանները։
 
Համացանցում տարածվող լուսանկարներում երևում է, թե ինչպես են արշավականների ու զբոսաշրջիկների անզգույշ քայլերը վնասում այս եզակի բույսերը։
 
Ջրաշուշանը Հայկական լեռնաշխարհի ամենագեղեցիկ բույսերից է, որը գրանցված է ՀՀ Կարմիր գրքում և պաշտպանված է օրենքով։
 
Հորդորում ենք բոլորին՝
 
Չվնասել և չհավաքել ջրաշուշանները,
 
 Զբոսաշրջային արշավների ժամանակ պահպանել բնության անխաթարությունը,
 
Հիշել, որ յուրաքանչյուր անզգույշ քայլ կարող է բերել անուղղելի վնաս մեր էկոհամակարգին։
 
 ՀԻՇԵՑՈՒՄ
 
ՀՀ «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ» օրենսգրքի 93-րդ հոդվածով սահմանվում է, որ ՀՀ Կարմիր գրքում գրանցված բույսերի կամ դրանց մասերի ինքնագլուխ հավաքումը պատժվում է՝
 
• 80.000 դրամ տուգանքով՝ քաղաքացիների համար,
 
• 150.000 դրամ տուգանքով՝ պաշտոնատար անձանց համար։
 
Լուսանկարում՝ Հայաստանի բնության գոհարներից մեկը՝ Ուրասարի կամ Ջրաշուշանների լիճը»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
