Իշխանությունները շարունակում են արցախցիների նկատմամբ հետապնդումները

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները շարունակում են արցախցիների նկատմամբ հետապնդումները՝ նրանց սոցիալական իրավիճակը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ որևէ քայլ չձեռնարկելով, ինչպես նաև սպառնալով կտրել հատկացվող առանց այն էլ փոքր օգնությունը, եթե արցախցիները մասնակցեն ընդդիմադիր որևէ գործողության։
Հիշեցնենք, Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհուրդը վերջերս մի քանի բավականին կոշտ ակցիաներ է իրականացրել, որոնք գործող իշխանություններն ուժերի գերլարումով կարողացան ճնշել և վիժեցնել, ինչ-որ բաներ խոստանալով։ Բայց ոչ միայն այդ խոստումներն անելու ցանկություն չունեն, այլ տարբեր արցախյան կազմակերպությունների ազդեցիկ գործիչների և ռեսուրսների տիրապետող անձանց մեկ առ մեկ կանչում են ԱԱԾ կամ ոստիկանություն, սպառնում, որ խնդիրների են բախվելու, եթե շարունակեն նույն կերպ։
Ավելին, Փաշինյանը նաև ցանկանում է ներարցախյան բախումներ հրահրել, պառակտումներ մտցնել, մարդկանց իրար դեմ հանել, այդ կերպ կանխելով արցախցիների հնարավոր ակտիվացումը։ Դրա համար իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան, բնականաբար, օգտվում է տարիներ շարունակ չարաշահած նարատիվներից՝ թալանի, գումարներ լափելու վերաբերյալ կեղծ տեղեկություններից, նաև հայաստանցի-արցախցի չափազանց վտանգավոր ու կեղծ դիսկուրսը սրելով։
Ցավոք, արցախյան մի շարք շրջանակներ ևս այս հարցում դարձել են Փաշինյանի դաշնակիցը և հաճույքով խաղում են նրա խաղը՝ արցախցիներին հետ պահելով ընդդիմադիր գործողություններին մասնակցելուց, ինչպես նաև կանխելով նրանց ակտիվացումը։
