Իհարկե, Հայաստանում ապշելու շատ բան կա։ Բայց նույնիսկ յոթը տարի ամեն ինչ տեսած հասարակության համար քաղաքական առաջնորդության այսօրվա պահվածքը, միևնույն է, ապշեցուցիչ է։ Այս մասին գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։

«Մի ամբողջ ազգ հետևում է, թե Նիկոլը երբ ինչ կասի կամ կանի։ Նա ստացել է գործողությունների և մտքերի լիակատար ազատություն։ Նա դա ստացել է այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նրան այդ հնարավորությունը տրվել է։

Ես չգիտեմ, թե ո´ր օրը նա ինչ կանի, չեմ էլ ուզում գուշակել, բայց ես գիտեմ այլ հստակ բան.

- Տասնյակ-հազարավոր ընտանիքներ պատրաստ են պայքարի. նրանց համար այս վիճակը կենսականորեն անընդունելի է, սակայն չգիտեն իրենց անելիքը, որովհետև չկա կազմակերպողը։

- Վաղը- մյուս օրն անխուսափելիորեն հարցեր են լինելու նրանց, ովքեր կարող էին, պարտավոր էին կազմակերպել- առաջնորդել, բայց չեն արել։

Տարբեր անհատների կողմից հրապարակային հնչել և հնչում են բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ, որոնք կորում են՝ չստանալով ռեալիզացիայի շանս։ Որովետև չկա կազմակերպիչ- առաջնորդի միավորը, ինստիտուտը։

Ես ինքս հոգնել եմ առաջարկներ հնչեցնելուց, և երևի ժամանակն է դադարեցնելը։ Քանի չկա հասցեատերը՝ ազնիվ-աշխատունակ միավորը (միավորները), դա երևի անիմաստ է։ Երեկ ընկերներիցս մեկը, իմ մի քանի առաջարկները կարդալուց հետո, իր կողմից որպես հետաքրքիր գաղափար առաջարկեց հեռավոր 1989 թվականի օգոստոսի 23-ին բալթյան երեք պետությունների քաղաքացիների կենդանի շղթայի օրինակը՝ հաջակցություն անկախության գաղափարի։ Այն ժամանակ սա շոկային էր միջազգային հանրության համար։ Ահռելի ազդեցություն թողեց։ Երեք հանրապետությունների քաղաքացիներ ձեռք ձեռքի տվեցին մեկ ընդհանուր գաղափարի համար։

 Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չի կարելի կազմակերպել Երևան-Էջմիածին շղթան կամ բոլոր եկեղեցիների միաժամանակյա աջակցության շղթան, որով հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ, ընտանիքներ իրենց աջակցությունը կհայտնեն եկեղեցուն։

Իրականում շատ բան կարելի է անել, եթե դրան կոչված ինստիտուտները չլինեն անգործունյա։ Խնդիրը լավ գաղափարների կամ լավ քաղաքացիների պակասը չէ։ Կազմակերպված քաղաքական կառույցների բացակայությունն է խնդիրը Ես չգիտեմ, թե ինչու ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորները չեն դիմում ՍԴ՝ վարչապետի կողմից «եկեղեցու ռեֆորմների» հարցով։ Նա ուղղակի չունի սահմանադրորեն նման լիազորություններ։ Կան բազմաթիվ այլ հետաքրքիր գաղափարներ կան, որոնք կյանքի չեն կոչվում։ Եվ խոսքքը միայն եկեղեցու թեմային չի վերաբերում։

Կարող են ասել՝ դուք արեք, մենք դաշտը ազատ ենք թողնում (ընդ որում, սա ասում են բացառապես դժվար փուլերում)։ Սա, սակայն, սխալ պատասխան է, որովհետև կան ֆորմալ միավորներ, որոնք ձևավորվել են ընտրությունների արդյունքում, այդ թվում՝ մեր բոլորի ձայնով։ Պրոցես կազմակերպելու համար պետք են նաև ռեսուրսներ, և շատ կարգին մարդիկ պարզապես չունեն դրանք։
