«Քաղպայմանագրի» կեսը հանգստանում է, կեսը՝ պատրաստվում համագումարի

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը գրեթե ողջ կազմով մեկնել է հանգստի։ Շատերը Հայաստանում չեն, մի մասն էլ արձակուրդն ու հանգիստը վայելում է Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Բայց կան ակտիվ քպականների խմբեր, որոնք ոչ միայն հանգստի չեն եկել, այլև անընդհատ գործուղումների են, հանդիպումներ են ունենում տարածքային կազմակերպությունների հետ։ Հիշեցնենք, արդեն սեպտեմբերին կայանալու է ՔՊ համագումարը, որտեղ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նոր վարչություն է ընտրվելու։
Փաշինյանը ամեն ինչ անում է, որ նոր և ընդլայնվող կազմում, որտեղ 15-ի փոխարեն վարչության 21 անդամներ են լինելու, բացառապես իրեն հավատարիմ մարդիկ անցնեն, իսկ դրա համար հարկավոր է բավականին լավ ներկուսակցական պայքար մղել, արժանանալ տարածքային կազմակերպությունների պատվիրակների ձայներին։ ՔՊ ընտրական համակարգն ուշագրավ է։
Այնտեղ պատվիրակները ներկայացնում են տարածքային կազմակերպությունները։ Հիմնականում այդ պատվիրակները տարածքային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներն ու խորհուրդների անդամներն են, որոնք էլ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ են դարձել՝ իրենց հարցերը լուծելու տեղերում, ինչ-որ արտոնություններ և բոնուսներ ստանալու համար։ Այժմ տարբեր քպականներ, վարչության գործող անդամներ կամ թեկնածուներ շրջում են տարածքային կառույցներում, փորձում իրենց համար կողմնակիցներ ապահովել, նաև խոստումներ են տալիս տարբեր մարդկանց, թե վարչության ընտրություններից հետո նրանց համար լավ է լինելու։
Հատկապես ակտիվ են էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը, պատգամավորներ Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը, Արեն Մկրտչյանը, Արուսյակ Մանավազյանը։ ՔՊ նոր վարչության կազմում գրեթե կեսը Փաշինյանը նախատեսում է տրամադրել կանանց, քանի որ հասկացել է, որ կանանց ավելի հեշտ է կարողանում վերահսկել, նրանց պաշտոնների նշանակել, ինչպես նաև մեծ ամբիցիաներ չեն ցուցաբերում։ Բացի այդ, կանայք նաև ակտիվ են հասարակական դաշտում, մամուլի հետ շփումներում և անընդհատ պաշտպանում են Փաշինյանի դավաճանական թեզերը, ի տարբերություն «Քաղպայմանագրի» տղամարդ պատգամավորների մի զգալի մասի, որոնք թեպետ օգտվում են իշխանության բարիքներից, բայց առանձնապես հեռու են մնում կամ 1-2 հարցազրույցներ են ընդամենը տալիս՝ պաշտպանելով փաշինյանական թեզերը, հասկանալով, որ վաղ թե ուշ պատասխան են տալու իրենց հայտարարությունների համար։
