Նոր որոշում՝ անհուսալի վարկեր ունեցողների վերաբերյալ

Անհուսալի վարկեր ունեցող անձանց տնտեսական ակտիվության խթանման միջոցառման շարունակականությունն ապահովելու նպատակով Կառավարությունն ընդունել է որոշում: Սահմանված միջոցառման շրջանակում աջակցություն է տրվում այն վարկառու ֆիզիկական անձանց, որոնց բոլոր վարկերը 3 և ավելի տարի դասակարգված է անհուսալի դասով, և, միևնույն ժամանակ, մայր գումարի գծով պարտավորությունը չի գերազանցում 1 մլն դրամը կամ դրան համարժեք արտարժույթը։
Միջոցառման շրջանակում շահառուին տրվում է ֆինանսական աջակցություն՝ շահառուի աշխատավարձից և դրան հավասարեցված վճարումներից (քաղաքացիաիրավական պայմանագրի շրջանակներում ստացված եկամտից) հաշվարկված եկամտային հարկի գումարի 100%-ի չափով, որն ուղղվում է անհուսալի վարկային պարտավորության մարմանը: Աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է առավելագույնը 24 ամիս ժամկետով՝ սկսած շահառու ճանաչվելուն հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան անհուսալի վարկի ամբողջական մարումը, աջակցության՝ որոշմամբ սահմանված հիմքով դադարեցվելը կամ պարտավորության օրենքով սահմանված հիմքով դադարելը։ Որոշմամբ առաջարկվում է անհուսալի վարկեր ունեցող անձանց տնտեսական ակտիվության խթանման միջոցառման շարունակականությունը 2025 թ.ի հունիս և հուլիս ամիսների համար ապահովելու նպատակով ՀՀ 2025 թ. պետբյուջեով նախատեսված միջոցառումներից հատկացնել 205 մլն դրամ:
Հիմնավորման համաձայն՝ գնահատականներում հաշվի է առնվել այն հանգամանքը, որ 2025 թ. փետրվար ամսում ներկայացրած դիմումներով շահառու է ճանաչվել 1896 անձ, որոնց վարկային պարտավորությունները 2025 թ. մարտ ամսում մարելու նպատակով հատկացվել է շուրջ 70,625.0 հազար դրամ (աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է շահառու ճանաչվելուն հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից): 2025 թ. մարտ ամսում ներկայացրած դիմումներով շահառու է ճանաչվել 2295 անձ, որոնց վարկային պարտավորությունները 2025 թ. ապրիլ ամսում մարելու նպատակով հատկացվել է շուրջ 86,420.0 հազար դրամ: 2025 թ. ապրիլ ամսում ներկայացրած դիմումներով շահառու է ճանաչվել 2866 անձ, որոնց վարկային պարտավորությունները 2025 թ. մայիս ամսում մարելու նպատակով հատկացվել է շուրջ 103,207.0 հազար դրամ:
