Իշխանությունը դատական շոուների է պատրաստվում

Կալանավորված Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի փաստաբանները արդեն մեկ տասնյակից ավելի հայցեր են ներկայացրել մի շարք քաղաքական գործիչների և պետական պաշտոնյաների դեմ՝ վիրավորանքի և զրպարտության հոդվածներով։ Գալստանյանի փաստաբանների խոսքով՝ առաջիկայում այդ հայցերի թիվը կարող է ընդլայնվել, ընդհուպ անցնել 100-ից։ Գրեթե բոլոր դեպքերում, երբ իրենց պաշտպանյալի հասցեին վիրավորանք է հնչել, փաստաբանները մտադիր են գնալ և հայցերով մտնել դատարան։
Գործող իշխանություններն էլ որոշել են նույն կերպ պատասխանել Բագրատ Սրբազանին։ Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը հայտարարել է, թե նախաձեռնում է խմբային հայց Բագրատ Գալստանյանի դեմ։ «Այսօր բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ ու նաև հանրային գործիչներ, ում դատի է տվել Բագրատ Գալստանյանը, միացել են ժողովրդին վիրավորանքներ հասցնելու համար խմբային հայց ներկայացնելու առաջարկիս»,- նշել է Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, իսկ մի շարք հայտնի իշխանամետ գործիչներ ցանկություն են հայտնել միանալ այս հայցին։
Ըստ էության, բոլոր այս դեպքերը դառնալու են հերթական դատական ֆարսը և կրկին իշխանություններին հնարավորություն են տալու շոու անելու, առավել ևս, որ գործող իշխանությունները՝ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, մտադիր են լռեցնել իրենց ընդդիմադիրներին ոչ միայն մամուլով, ձերբակալումներով և բռնաճնշումներով, այլ նաև դատական կարգով։ Իհարկե, ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական գործիչները, կալանավորված արքեպիսկոպոսները պաշտպանության այլ տարբերակ չունեն, բացի դատական հայց ներկայացնելը։ Մինչդեռ գործող իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների այս արարքները որևէ տրամաբանությամբ չեն ենթարկվում։ Առավել ևս, որ բոլորին էլ հայտնի է, հենց իրենք են վիրավորական արտահայտություններ արել իրենց ընդդիմախոսների հասցեին, վիրավորել ու զրպարտել, դեռ մի բան էլ կալանավորել և զնդանը նետել, այժմ էլ փորձում են նոր շոուներով ընդհանրապես լռեցնել այդ մարդկանց, ինչը, նշենք, բավականին բարդ է լինելու իրենց դեպքում, քանի որ ի վերջո հասարակությունը գիտի, թե ո՞վ է իրական ահաբեկիչը և ո՞վ էր ահաբեկում սեփական ժողովրդին։
