Բաքվի դատարանը մերժել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի բողոքները։

Վարդանյանը «քննության փուլում» բողոք է հայտնել թարգմանիչներից և պահանջել բացարկ դատական կոլեգիային, սակայն դատարանը դրա համար հիմքեր չի գտել։

Mediahub-ը այս ամենի վերաբերյալ զրուցել է ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայ գերիների շահերի ներկայացուցիչ, իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանի հետ, ով նշել է. «Միջնորդությունների մերժման արդյունքում հասկանալի է, որ նույն դատական կազմը շարունակելու է գործի քննությունը, քանի որ հիմքերն առկա են, և ըստ էության՝ միջնորդությունները մերժվել են ոչ հիմնավոր պատճառներով։ Այս խնդիրը հետագայում կարող է դառնալ Մարդու իրավունքների դատարաններում քննության առարկա»։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ի թիվս մարդու իրավունքների այլ խախտումների, այստեղ պետք է բարձրաձայնել նաև անաչառ դատարանի կողմից գործի քննության իրավունքի խախտումը։

Սահակյանի գնահատմամբ՝ ի սկզբանե ելքերը կանխորոշված են, իրավունքների արդյունավետ պաշտպանություն հնարավոր է կազմակերպել բացառապես միջազգային ատյաններում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ՄԻԵԴ-ում հայ գերիների շահերի ներկայացուցիչ, իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանն ասել էր՝ հունիսին Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կազմակերպության գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են Բաքվում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիներին, որի ժամանակ նշել են, որ դա վերջին անգամն է, ու կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչները զրկված են լինելու այցելություններ ունենալու հնարավորությունից:
