Թուրքական պրոիշխանական «Turkiye» թերթը, հղում անելով իսպանական «Periodista Digital» և «Operative Media» լրատվական կայքերին (ներքևի հոդվածը), գրում է, որ Փաշինյանը գաղտնի համաձայնագրով ընդունել է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» ամերիկյան ընկերությանը հանձնելու Թուրքիայի առաջարկը։
 
«Գաղտնի փոխհամաձայնությամբ պայմանավորված տվյալների համաձայն՝ միջանցքի երկարությունը լինելու է 42 կմ և կոչվելու է «Թրամփի կամուրջ»»։
 
«Հայաստանը կստանա միջանցքի միջոցով ստացված եկամուտների միայն 30 տոկոսը։ Իսկ մնացած 70 տոկոսի բաշխման մեխանիզմը չի ներկայացվել հանրությանը»։
 
Ու նորից, թուրքական թերթը, հղում անելով Periodista Digital-ին, գրում է, թե իբր գաղտնի համաձայնագրում միջանցքի գործարկումը հանձնվելու է մոտ 1000 հոգանոց մասնավոր ամերիկյան ընկերության, որը նաև ուժի կիրառման լիազորություն է ունենալու։
 
Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը պաշտոնապես վավերացվել է երեք երկրներում էլ (ինչի՞ մասին են խոսում, ե՞րբ վավերացվեց)։
 
Ըստ համաձայնագրի՝ Հայաստանում՝ Իրանի սահմանին, լինելու է ամերիկյան ռազմական ներկայություն՝ ԱՄՆ-ի «մասնավոր ռազմական ընկերության» ներկայացուցիչների տեսքով։
Ըստ թուրքական թերթի՝ «Համաձայնագրի ուժի մեջ մտնելուն պես Հայաստանի ռազմավարական հարաբերությունները ԵՄ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի հետ լրջորեն տուժելու են։ Երևանի խոսքի իրավունքը զգալի չափով կանցնի ԱՄՆ-ի վերահսկողության տակ»։
