2. Օդ վերցրեք այտերի մեջ
3. Բացեք բերանը և ասեք «Օ»
4. Օդ վերցրեք և տեղափոխեք մի այտից մյուսը:
5. Շնչեք քթով և արտաշնչեք բերանով: Միաժամանակ թուլացնելով շուրթերը:
Յուրաքանչյուր վարժությունը կատարեք 10 անգամ: Վարժությունները պետք է անել ամեն օր և արդյունքը երկար չի սպասեցնի:
