Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև լարվածության սրացման հիմնական արդյունքն այն է, որ Մոսկվայում վերջապես գիտակցել են՝ Բաքուն այն չէ, ինչ ներկայացնում էր իրեն. այս մասին հայտարարել է Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ գործերի հանձնաժողովի առաջին փոխնախագահ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը «Լենտա.ռու»-ի հետ զրույցում։
«Այս էսկալացիայի հետևանքները կարող են տարբեր լինել։ Բայց գլխավոր արդյունքը, որը վաղուց պետք է արձանագրվեր, այն է, որ Ռուսաստանում վերջապես հասկացան՝ Ադրբեջանը այն չէ, ինչ փորձում էր ցուցադրել։ Երկար ժամանակ մեզ խաբում էին ռազմավարական գործընկերության ու դաշնակցության խոսքերով։ Մենք դրան բարեհաճ էինք վերաբերվում»,- նշել է պատգամավորը։
Զատուլինի խոսքով՝ այսօր Ադրբեջանն այլևս չունի անհրաժեշտություն իրեն ներկայացնելու որպես Ռուսաստանի մտերիմ դաշնակից։«Նրանք կարծում են, որ Ռուսաստանը չափազանց ներգրավված է Ուկրաինայի իրադարձություններում և Արևմուտքի հետ հակամարտության մեջ, որպեսզի լուրջ արձագանքի Ադրբեջանի այն քայլերին, որոնք հակասում են մեր ազգային շահերին», - ասել է նա։
Զատուլինը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Բաքուն ձգտում է, ճնշում գործադրելով Երևանի վրա, հասնել իր նպատակներին՝ խախտելով նախկինում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները։
Օրինակ, ըստ նրա, «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» բացման դեպքում այն պետք է գտնվեր ռուսական խաղաղապահների վերահսկողության տակ, սակայն այսօր այդ պայմանավորվածությունը դիտավորյալ անտեսվում է։
«Նրանք ձգտում են սրել իրավիճակը, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանից թույլտվություն չհարցնեն՝ ինչպես անում է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Փաշինյանը, ով չի թաքցնում իր մտադրությունը՝ ռազմավարական այդ ճանապարհը տալու ամերիկացիների վերահսկողությանը», - հավելել է Զատուլինը։
Բացի այդ, պատգամավորը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանն իր գործողությունները իրականացնում է Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ։
«Կարելի է միայն քննարկել, թե որքանով են դրանք զուտ ադրբեջանական պլաններ, և որքանով՝ արդեն թուրքական։ Թուրքիան, ի վերջո, ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ է և դուրս գալու ցանկություն չունի։ Եթե մենք այսքան ուշադիր ենք, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն չհայտնվի Ուկրաինայում, ապա ինչու ենք մինչ օրս աչք փակել այն փաստի վրա, որ Թուրքիան ամրապնդվում է նախկին խորհրդային Կովկասում», - եզրափակել է Զատուլինը։
