ԵՄ-ն վեց ամսով հետաձգել է ռուսական նավթից նավթամթերքների ներմուծման արգելքը

Եվրամիությունը հայտարարել է, որ ռուսական հում նավթից ստացված նավթամթերքի ներմուծման վրա երրորդ երկրներում 18-րդ պատժամիջոցների փաթեթի շրջանակում նոր սահմանափակումների ուժի մեջ մտնելը կհետաձգվի մինչև 2026 թվականի հունվարի 21-ը, հաղորդում է Bloomberg-ը։
Անցյալ ուրբաթ ԵՄ-ն հայտարարություն հրապարակեց, ըստ որի՝ կշարունակի սահմանափակումներ կիրառել Ռուսաստանից նավթամթերքի, առաջին հերթին՝ դիզելային վառելիքի ներմուծման վրա, որն արտադրվում է երրորդ երկրներում՝ օգտագործելով ռուսական հումք։ Սակայն բացառություն մտցվեց Կանադայի, Նորվեգիայի, Շվեյցարիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Միացյալ Նահանգների համար։ Մինչև հունվար հետաձգումը ԵՄ-ին թույլ կտա «դիզելային շուկային որոշակի շունչ քաշելու տեղ տալ», - հայտարարել է Rabobank-ի վերլուծաբան Ֆլորենս Շմիդտը։
ԵՄ նոր միջոցառումը, որն անմիջապես չիրականացվեց, փաստացի կարգելափակի Մոսկվայի նավթի մատակարարումների նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները շրջանցելու հիմնական եղանակներից մեկը, նշում է Bloomberg-ը։ 2023 թվականի փետրվարին ռուսական վերամշակված նավթամթերքի վրա ԵՄ-ի էմբարգո սահմանումից հետո, ռուսական հումքի խոշոր գնորդներին, մասնավորապես՝ Հնդկաստանին և Թուրքիային, հնարավորություն տրվեց վերամշակել էժան ռուսական նավթը, այնուհետև արտադրված վառելիքը վաճառել Եվրոպային։
2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում վերոնշյալ երկու երկրները Ռուսաստանից օրական ընդհանուր առմամբ 1,8 միլիոն բարել հում նավթ են գնել, մինչդեռ ԵՄ-ն մոտ 450 հազար բարել դիզելային վառելիք և այլ նավթամթերք է ներմուծել։
ԵՄ նոր կանոնները միաժամանակ նշանակում են, որ վառելիքի ներմուծողները պետք է ապացույցներ ներկայացնեն այն հում նավթի ծագման երկիրը հաստատելու համար, որում արդյունահանվում են նավթամթերքները։
