Հայ–թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն անխուսափելի է. Հունաստանում ՀՀ դեսպան

Անցյալ շաբաթվա վերջին Աբու Դաբիում հանդիպում տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանի վարչապետի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահի միջև. հանդիպումը դրական էր, համենայն դեպս այդպես երևաց։ Հունաստանի Հանրային ռադիոյի և հեռուստատեսության (ERT) լրատվական ծրագրին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Հունաստանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը։
«Խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը պետք է ստորագրվի։ Երկրներն արդեն հայտարարել են, որ համաձայնագրի տեքստը պատրաստ է ստորագրության։ Այսպիսով, այս համաձայնագիրը բավականին համապարփակ է, այն անդրադառնում է մեր ունեցած բոլոր հարցերին, բոլոր խնդիրներին։ Քանի որ երբեմն Ադրբեջանը պնդում է, որ մենք պետք է որոշակի բաներ անենք, մենք էլ հակառակն ենք պնդում։ Սակայն այս համաձայնագրի տեքստը անդրադառնում է, ընդգրկում է այս բոլոր պայմանները և կարող է ստորագրվել ցանկացած պահի։ Հենց որ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանա ստորագրել այն, մենք պատրաստ ենք»,– ասել է դեսպանը։
Անդրադառնալով հայ–թուրքական հարաբերություններին, դեսպանը նշել է, որ դրանք պետք է կարգավորվեն, և սահմանները պետք է բացվեն որքան հնարավոր է շուտ. «Կարծում եմ, որ այս պահին աշխարհի և թուրքական կողմից դրական միտում կա մեր միջև հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ։ Եվ այս հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը անխուսափելի էր։ Խոսքը գնում է նրա մասին, որ ոչ թե «արդյոք» կկարգավորեն հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունները, այլ թե «երբ» դա տեղի կունենա։ Կարծում եմ, որ սա նաև կխթանի Ադրբեջանին Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործում, այն ավելի ներգրավված կլինի»։
