Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Ազգային հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ղեկավար Կիրիլ Կաբանովը կտրուկ քննադատել է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ՝ հայտարարելով, որ Բաքուն վերջնականապես կորցրել է Մոսկվայի հուսալի դաշնակցի կարգավիճակը։
Իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում Կաբանովը հիշեցրել է, որ վերջին ամիսներին Ադրբեջանը մի շարք «թշնամական քայլեր» է ձեռնարկել՝ դիվանագիտական հարձակումներից մինչև Բաքվում ռուսական Sputnik գործակալության գրասենյակի վրա հարձակումը։ Նա նշել է, որ դրա հետնապատկերում Ռուսաստանը սկսել է ձերբակալել ադրբեջանական համայնքին առնչվող հանցավոր կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներին, սակայն, միևնույն ժամանակ, պաշտոնյաները շարունակել են խոսել «եղբայրական բարեկամության» մասին։
Իրավիճակն, ըստ Կաբանովի, նոր կետի է հասել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի վերջին հրապարակային ելույթից հետո, որում, ինչպես պնդում է փորձագետը, նա բացահայտորեն հակառուսական հռետորաբանություն է ցուցադրել և աջակցություն է հայտնել «Ռուսաստանի թշնամիներին»։
«Այդ երկիրը և նրա ղեկավարությունը բացահայտորեն աջակցում են մեր թշնամիներին, հակառուսական դիրքորոշում են զբաղեցնում և հակառուսական համակարգի մաս են կազմում, որը հիմնականում վերահսկում են Լոնդոնը և Անկարան»,- ընդգծել է Կաբանովը։
Նա միաժամանակ կոչ է արել անհապաղ վերանայել Ադրբեջանի հետ բոլոր ֆինանսական և տնտեսական կապերը, սահմանափակել ադրբեջանական բիզնես կառույցների և համայնքի ազդեցությունը Ռուսաստանում և հրաժարվել «հավերժական բարեկամության մասին պատրանքներից»։
«Սերն անցավ, ադրբեջանական լոլիկները չորացան… և մենք տարբեր ճանապարհներ ենք բռնել», - եզրափակել է Կաբանովը։
