Բելգիայի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Էլեն Սամինը լիագումար նիստի ժամանակ հանդես է եկել կարևոր ու համարձակ ելույթով՝ անդրադառնալով Արցախի հարցին և ԵՄ–Ադրբեջան հարաբերություններին։
•Սամինի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ագրեսիվ պատերազմից, ավելի քան 120 հազար հայերի հարկադիր տեղահանությունից և քրիստոնեական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացումից հետո եկել է ժամանակը, որ Եվրոպան ավելի հստակ դիրքորոշում որդեգրի Բաքվի ռեժիմի նկատմամբ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորման ներկայացուցիչները ջերմ ընդունելության էին արժանացել Բելգիայի խորհրդարանում հենց Էլլեն Սամինի կողմից։ Պատգամավորի հետևողական դիրքորոշումը վկայում է հայկական իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում նրա սկզբունքայնության և քաղաքական համարձակության մասին։
