«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես և սպասվում էր, երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ՀԷՑ-ը խլելու քաղաքական որոշման շրջանակներում տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին ՀԷՑ-ի կողմից թույլ տրված խախտումների և ուշադրություն... «հանրային մեծ դժգոհություն ունենալու վերաբերյալ»: ՀԾԿՀ նախագահն էլ «ափալթափալ» ՀԷՑ-ի կառավարիչ նշանակեց:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու իր քպականներն անընդհատ հրապարակ են նետում տեղեկություններ հոսանքազրկումների հետ կապված դժգոհությունների մասով՝ դրանով փորձելով տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե ՀԷՑ-ը խլում են «հանրության պահանջով», այլ ոչ թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական վախերի ու քմահաճույքների պատճառով: Եթե առաջնորդվենք «հանրության մեծ դժգոհություն ունենալու» տարբերակով, ապա պետք է սպասել, որ առաջիկայում որոշակի գործընթաց ( ասենք ՝ առնվազն կառավարչի փոփոխություն) պետք է սկսվի նաև «Վեոլիա ջուր» ընկերության առումով: Ի վերջո, եթե ՀԷՑ-ից դժգոհությունները վերաբերում են հոսանքի անջատումներին, որոնց մեծ մասը ՀԷՑ-ի հետ որևէ կապ չունի և ԲԷՑ-ի տիրույթում է, որն, ի դեպ, պետական կառույց է, ապա «Վեոլիա ջրից» դժգոհություններն անհամեմատ շատ են. պարբերաբար երկարատև ջրանջատումներ, կոյուղու համակարգերի պարբերական վթարներ, մայրաքաղաքում ջրահեռացման համակարգի անբավարար աշխատանք, ինչի արդյունքում մի թեթև անձրևից լճեր են առաջանում ճանապարհներին և այլն, և այլն: Հատկապես ամռան ամիսներին մարդիկ տասնյակ ժամերով անջուր են մնում:

Սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հազիվ թե այս «հանրային դժգոհությունները» հետաքրքրեն: Նախ՝ «Վեոլիա ջուրը» կառավարում է եվրոպական ընկերություն, հետո այս կազմակերպության դեպքում Փաշինյանը չունի քաղաքական «դրդապատճառներ»: Դե, երևի, Փաշինյանին ոչ մի վատ բան չեն անում, պարզապես... վատ են աշխատում, ինչպես, ի դեպ, բոլոր պետական կառույցները:
