Առավել խոցելի են հատկապես Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի 3-րդ, 6-րդ, 7-րդ, 9-րդ զանգվածները, Ջրվեժ գյուղը, Նորք Մարաշ և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների որոշակի հատվածներ:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ այս օրերին կտրուկ ավելացել են ջրի սպառման ծավալները, խմելու ջուրը ոռոգման նպատակով օգտագործելու դեպքերը, ինչը համընկել է ջրաղբյուրների ջրատվության նվազման հետ: Նշենք, որ վերը նշված վարչական շրջանները սնվում են բացառապես «Կաթնաղբյուր» ջրատարներից և տեղանքի առանձնահատկություններից ելնելով, տեխնիկապես անհնար է ջուր մղել այս տարածքներ այլ աղբյուրներից:
