«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում լայն արձագանք ստացավ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի հրապարակած տեսանյութը՝ կապված 8 ամսական երեխա ունեցող Լիանա Հարությունյանի կալանքի հետ։ Թեև առաջին օրերի բուռն արձագանքները որոշ չափով նվազել են, այդուամենայնիվ, թեման շարունակում է մնալ հանրային ուշադրության կենտրոնում։

Լիանա Հարությունյանի շահերի պաշտպան Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը պարբերաբար հանդես է գալիս գրառումներով՝ ներկայացնելով իրավիճակի իր մեկնաբանությունները։ Թե որքանով են դրանք հավաստի կամ իրավական հենք ունեցող, մասնագիտական քննարկման հարց է, իսկ բուն գործն ինքնին տարբեր հարցեր է առաջ բերում, սակայն առանցքայինը մնում է մի բան՝ երեխայի լավագույն շահը և հնարավորինս արագ կալանքից դուրս գալու հարցը։

Ինչպես հայտնի է դարձել, մի խումբ ընդդիմադիր կին պատգամավորներ արդեն ներկայացրել են երաշխավորագրեր՝ ի պաշտպանություն Լիանա Հարությունյանի։

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այս գործով հերթական նիստը կայանալու է այսօր: «Փաստը» կապ հաստատեց Քրեական դատարանների մամուլի խոսնակ Լիանա Ռաֆայել յանի հետ՝ ճշտելու այսօրվա նիստի բնույթը։ Վերջինս հայտնեց, որ նիստը հերթական է և նշանակվել է դեռևս հուլիսի 11-ին կայացած նիստի ավարտից հետո։

Իսկ թե արդյոք այսօրվա նիստում քննարկվելու է կալանքի փոփոխության հարցը, թե ոչ՝ պարզ կլինի միայն նիստի ընթացքում։ «Փաստը» կշարունակի հետևել բարձր հնչեղություն ստացած այս գործի զարգացումներին։
