Հուլիսի 4-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։ ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Արմավիրի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ հարձակվել են քաղաքացու տան վրա և ավտոմեքենաները ջարդուփշուր են անում։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված հասցե մեկնած ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնի ծառայողները պարզել են, որ որ հուլիսի 3-ին ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 36-ամյա Սահակ Հ․-ն Խանջյան գյուղի դաշտերում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ 29-ամյա Արման Հ․-ի, 23-ամյա Զավեն Ս․-ի և 26-ամյա Վասիլի Ս․-ի հետ, որի ժամանակ վերջիններս ձեքերով փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց՝ պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով այնուհետև ժամը 02։20-ի սահմաններում Վասիլ Ս․-ն, Զավեն Ս․-ն և Արման Հ․-ն գնացել են Սահակ Հ․-ի տան բակ, որտեղ հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ և քարերով ու փայտերով կոտրել Սահակ Հ․-ի տան բակում կայանված վերջինիս պատկանող «ԳԱԶ 3110», «ԳԱԶ 53» և «ՎԱԶ 2102» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաների ապակիները, ինչպես նաև տան պատուհանի ապակիները՝ պատճառելով գույքայիյն վնաս։
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչություն։
