Հուլիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 15:16-ին, ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի վարչական տարածքում հրազենային վնասվածքով քաղաքացի կա։
«Քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության, Համայնքային ոստիկանության Գառնիի բաժնի ծառայողների և Կոտայքի մարզի պարեկների համագործակցված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ժամը 15-ի սահմաններում Ձորաղբյուր գյուղի 2-րդ զանգվածի 48-րդ թաղամասի 5-րդ այգետնակի մոտակայքում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանություն է ծագել Երևանի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Հովհաննես Ս.-ի և համաքաղաքացի 31-ամյա մի երիտասարդի միջև, որի ընթացքում էլ վերջինս հրազենային վիրավորում է հասցրել Հովհաննես Ս.-ին, ինչի հետևանքով նա մահացել է։ ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի մի քանի հոդվածի, այդ թվում՝ սպանության հատկանիշներով քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել:
Քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները հուլիսի 12-ին Երևանի բնակիչ 31-ամյա երիտասարդին Աբովյան քաղաքի Զորավար Անդրանիկի փողոցում հայտնաբերել, ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են վարչություն, ապա ներկայացրել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին։
