Կալանավորված գործարար բարերար «Տաշիր գրուպի» սեփականատեր Սամվել Կարապետյանի գործողությունները գնում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար ամենա ոչ բարենպաստ հունով։ Կարապետյանը մեկուսարանից հայտարարություն է տարածել, նշելով, որ առաջին իսկ հանրահավաքը հաստատել է իշխանության գլխավոր վախը՝ ժողովուրդը վստահ է, որ ուժեղ է ու բռնաճնշումներից չի կոտրվում։ Կալանավորված գործարարը նշել է, թե մեծ հարգանքով է վերաբերվում մինչ օրս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հակազգային իշխանության քաղաքականության դեմ իրական պայքար մղած քաղաքական ուժերին և գործիչներին։ «Բայց մենք Հայաստանի համար լավ ապագա կառուցելու մեր պատկերացումն ունենք։ Ու գնալու ենք մեր ճանապարհով, մեր նոր թիմով՝ չբացառելով ներքաղաքական համագործակցությունը համախոհների հետ։ Փորձելու ենք համախմբել մեր ժողովրդին արդար ու մեծ նպատակների շուրջ։ Մերժելու ենք սև-սպիտակի և արհեստական մյուս բաժանումները, որպիսիք այս իշխանությունները փաթաթել են հասարակության վզին՝ պառակտելով ու թուլացնելով մեր երկիրը։ Նույնիսկ այսօրվա վարչակարգի տարբեր օղակներում աշխատում են իսկական պրոֆեսիոնալներ, որոնք չեն կիսում փոքրիկ խմբակի արժեքները, սակայն դեռ չեն տեսնում այն ճանապարհը, որը ելք կհամարեին ստեղծված իրավիճակից»,- նշել է Կարապետյանը, և հավելել, թե քաղաքական թիմի ձևավորումը մեկնարկել է։ «Անելո՛ւ ենք՝ մեր ձևով»,- նշել է նա։

Հաշվի առնելով Կարապետյանի ունեցած ռեսուրսները, մեծ հեղինակությունը Ռուսաստանում, նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջինիս պրակտիկորեն հնարավոր չէ կապել «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսի հետ, նոր քաղաքական ուժը կարող է իրական այլընտրանք դառնալ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» համար, զրկելով նրան մանևրելու հնարավորությունից։ Հենց սա է հիմնական խնդիրը, որ գործող իշխանության մեջ արդեն խուճապ է առաջանում։

Ավելին, արձանագրելով, որ գործող վարչակարգի տարբեր օղակներում էլ կան իսկական պրոֆեսիոնալներ, Սամվել Կարապետյանը դուռը բաց է թողնում նրանց հետ համագործակցության համար, ինչը ևս լուրջ հանգամանք է։ Փաշինյանն իր իշխանությունը մինչ օրս կարողացել է պահպանել «սև ու սպիտակի» տրամաբանության, «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսը չարաշահելու շնորհիվ, իսկ այսօր այդ դիսկուրսից դուրս ցանկացած առաջարկ արդեն իսկ խարխլել է գործող վարչակարգի հիմքերը։
