Վիճաբանություն՝ Բջնի գյուղում. կա վիրավոր
SOCIETYԵրեկ՝ հուլիսի 12-ին, վիճաբանություն և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Չարենցավանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Բջնի գյուղի «Դեպի ճամբար» հատվածում վիրավոր քաղաքացի կա։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանը և ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժնի պետ Անի Դանիելյանը։
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Վահագն Կարապետյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի և գումարտակի հերթապահ ծառայության պետ, օրվա պատասխանատու Արտակ Դիլոյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Մինչ կժամանեին քրեական, համայնքային ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները, «Չարենցավան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում շտապօգնության բժիշկների խումբը «կրծքավանդակի շրջանի բազմակի ծակած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել մի քաղաքացու։
Քրեական ու համայնքային ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 39-ամյա Սարմեն Թ.ն է։
Մինչ բժիշկները պայքարում էին նրա կյանքի համար, քրեական և համայնքային ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ նույն օրը ժամը 20:10-ի սահմաններում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ժամանակ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Կոլյա Մ.-ն Բջնի գյուղի 1-ին փողոցում՝ դեպի Հրազդան քաղաք ընթանալիս, իրեն պատկանող «Nissan» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի մեջ իր մոտ եղած դանակով հարվածել է Սարմեն Թ.-ին։
Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մելքումյանի, Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնի պետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանի և օրվա հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի փաստով Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ կասկածյալ Կոլյա Մ.-ին և հանցագործության գործիք դանակը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
