Սլովակիան կարող է երեքշաբթի օրը պաշտպանել Ռուսաստանի դեմ ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների նոր փաթեթը, միայն եթե նախապես համաձայնության գա եվրոպացի գործընկերների հետ՝ մեղմելու համար բլոկ ռուսաստանյան գազի մատակարարումների արգելքի առաջարկվող ազդեցությունը, հայտարարել է երկրի վարչապետ Ռոբերտ Ֆիցոն, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։

Սլովակիան արգելափակել է պատժամիջոցների փաթեթը՝ Բրատիսլավայի մտավախությունների պատճառով, որ 2028 թվականից ռուսաստանյան գազի ներկրումը դադարեցնելու մասին Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի առաջարկը կարող է վնասել երկրի տնտեսական շահերին։ Սլովակիան գազի մեծ մասը ստանում է Ռուսաստանից։

«Մենք պետք է այս պայքարում ինչ-որ բան շահենք, թեև դա 100:0 արդյունք չի լինի», - լրագրողներին ասել է Ֆիցոն Սլովակիայի մայրաքաղաքում։ «Մենք գործընկերներից և Հանձնաժողովից քաղաքական պարտավորություններ, երաշխիքներ ենք ուզում, որ այս խնդիրը միայն Սլովակիայի ուսերին չի մնա»։

«Մենք ուզում ենք այս խնդիրը լուծել մինչև երեքշաբթի, քանի որ լարվածությունը բոլոր կողմերից աճում է», - ավելացրել է Ֆիցոն։

Ըստ նրա, գազի արգելքի շուրջ գործարքը կարող է նշանակել, որ Սլովակիան կհանի իր արգելափակումը պատժամիջոցների համաձայնագրից, երբ ԵՄ արտաքին գործերի նախարարները երեքշաբթի օրը հանդիպեն Բրյուսելում։

Նա նշել է, որ վերջին օրերին զրուցել է Գերմանիայի և Լեհաստանի ղեկավարների հետ։

Ըստ նրա, բանակցությունների ընթացքում քննարկվում է մատակարարումների այլընտրանքային երթուղիների համար Սլովակիայի կողմից վճարումների սահմանաչափի հարցը։

ԵՄ պատժամիջոցների նոր փուլը, որն անցյալ ամիս առաջարկել է Եվրահանձնաժողովը, ուղղված է Ռուսաստանի եկամուտներին՝ էներգետիկայի, բանկային ոլորտի և ռազմական արդյունաբերության ոլորտներում։
