Ինչու են ադրբեջանական ինքնաթիռները սկսել թռչել նաև Սյունիքի վրայով. պարզաբանում է ՔԱԿ-ը

Սովորաբար AZAL-ի չվերթերն իրականացվում են Հայաստանի Վայոց Ձորի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերով, սակայն վերջերս որոշ չվերթեր երբեմն սկսել են իրականացվել Սյունիքի մարզի վրայով։
ՀՀ քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեն, պատասխանելով Sputnik Արմենիայի հարցմանը, բացատրել է «Ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիներ» (AZAL) ընկերության որոշ ինքնաթիռների թռիչքի երթուղիների փոփոխության պատճառը։
Սովորաբար Բաքվից Նախիջևան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ քաղաքացիական չվերթերն իրականացվում են Հայաստանի Վայոց ձորի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերով։ Սակայն մենք նկատել էինք, որ վերջերս որոշ չվերթեր երբեմն սկսել են իրականացվել Սյունիքի մարզի վրայով։
Քաղավիացիայի կոմիտեից մեզ պատասխանել են, որ քաղաքացիական ինքնաթիռների օդային երթևեկության ապահովումն իրականացվում է միջազգային ընդունված չափանիշներին և ընթացակարգերին համապատասխան։
«Օդանավերի ուղղորդումները (rerouting) սովորական և ընդունված պրակտիկա են՝ պայմանավորված մի շարք գործոններով, ինչպիսիք են անբարենպաստ օդերևույթները, օդանավի անձնակազմի կողմից ներկայացված խնդրանքները, անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով նվազագույն տարանջատման պահանջները, ինչպես նաև օդային տարածքում առկա ժամանակավոր սահմանափակումները», -ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Նշված գործոնների ազդեցությամբ հնարավոր է, որ օդանավերը որոշ դեպքերում շեղվեն իրենց նախանշված երթուղուց։
«Բացառություն չեն կազմում նաև Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիական օդանավերը, որոնց երթուղուց դուրս գալու հնարավոր պատճառները ևս կարող են վերագրվել վերը նշված հանգամանքներից որևէ մեկին»,- նշել են կոմիտեում։
Նման դեպքերում բոլոր գործողություններն իրականացվում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Օդային երթևեկության սպասարկման (ՕԵՍ) և հակաօդային պաշտպանության (ՀՕՊ) մարմինների միջև նախապես սահմանված ընթացակարգերի համաձայնությամբ և սերտ համագործակցությամբ՝ ապահովելով օդային երթևեկության անվտանգությունը և վերահսկելիությունը։
Կոմիտեից հայտնել են նաև, որ հարևան Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության օդային տարածքում պարբերաբար կիրառվող օպերատիվ սահմանափակումների հետևանքով արձանագրվում է տարանցիկ չվերթերի աշխարհագրության փոփոխություն, ինչն իր հերթին հանգեցնում է ՀՀ օդային տարածքով տարանցիկ թռիչքների քանակի նկատելի աճի։
Կոմիտեում ընդգծել են, որ խոսքը բացառապես տեխնիկական, մասնագիտական և անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով կայացվող որոշումների մասին է։
