Ինչպես էլ «փաթեթավորեն», էությունը չի փոխվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս օրերին իշխանություններն անցել են «Տաշիր գրուպի» հետ կապված կազմակերպությունների նկատմամբ տոտալ ռեկետի՝ «Տաշիր պիցցա» ցանցի համատարած ստուգումներ ՍԱՏՄ-ի, հարկայինի ու այլ «տուգանային« մարմինների կողմից, Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» (ՀԷՑ) ընկերության աշխատանքների տորպեդահարում՝ ԱԱԾ-ական «մասկի շոուի» միջոցով, գումարած՝ ՀԷՑ-ը խլելու անթաքույց ու անզուսպ մղումը, որ անձամբ Փաշինյանից է գալիս, կրկեսի շենքը ևս խլելու նախաձեռնություն, գործունեության կասեցումներ, ձերբակալություններ, կալանավորումներ:
Այս ամենը փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ջանում է մատուցել իրավական «փաթեթավորմամբ»՝ հարկերից խուսափումից մինչև տանիքի անհամապատասխանություն: Բայց, ինչպես էլ «փաթեթավորեն», որքան «ճչացող» մեղադրանքներ հնչեն, ուղղակի աչք է ծակում, որ դա հենց քաղաքական հետապնդում է՝ վերից իջեցված քաղաքական պատվերով: Ինչո՞ւ: Պարզ պատճառով:
Լավ, եթե անգամ վերագրվող այդ բոլոր «խախտումներն» ու «հանցանքներն» առկա են (ինչը, ի դեպ, միայն անկողմնակալ քննությամբ կարող է պարզվել, համապատասխան ապացույցների առկայության պարագայում), ապա այդ ինչպե՞ս եղավ, որ վերջին 7 տարին ոչ մի նման բան չկար, չէր հայտնաբերվում, ամեն ինչ «OK» էր: Եվ մեկ էլ՝ հո՛պ, հենց Սամվել Կարապետյանը խոսեց «իր ձևով» Եկեղեցին պաշտպանելու պատրաստակամության մասին, հանկարծ պարզվեց՝ տանիքը ծակ է, օդափոխման համակարգը լավ չի աշխատում, հոսանքն անջատվում է, հարկեր չեն տալիս, դե, կրկեսն էլ ինչի՞ է պետք, կարելի է շենքը խլել ու այլ բանի համար օգտագործել. երկիրը լավ էլ կրկեսի են վերածել քպականները: Հետո ինչ, որ մասնավորը միլիոնավոր դոլարներ է դրել այդ շենքը կառուցելու վրա:
Ակնհայտ է, չէ՞, որ այդ բոլոր «խախտումները» մեկ-երկու շաբաթում, նույնիսկ մեկ-երկու տարում չեն առաջանում: Բա ինչո՞ւ մինչ այս ձայն-ծպտուն չկար: Չկար, որովհետև հիմա գործ ունենք քաղաքական հայտարարության ու քաղաքական հայտի համար կոնկրետ քաղաքական հետապնդման հետ: Զուգահեռ՝ սա նշանակում է նաև, որ մյուս գործարարների վրա մատ են թափ տալիս, թե՝ ցանկացածի մոտ «կմտնեն», եթե իրենց «խելոք չպահեն», այսինքն՝ Փաշինյանի դուդուկի տակ չպարեն:
Բայց, ի դեպ, նույնիսկ «դուդուկի տակ պարողները», տվյալ դեպքում՝ բացարձակ հնազանդություն դրսևորողները չեն պլստալու... Փաշինյանը բոլորի «դուռն էլ թակելու է», եթե անձնապես դա իրեն պետք լինի: Թիմակից լինի, հարազատ, թե նվիրյալ «նիկոլական»:
