«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հուլիսի 4-ին, երբ հազարավոր մարդիկ քայլերթ իրականացրեցին դեպի ԱԱԾ, ընթերցվեց կալանավորված գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի հայտարարությունը, որտեղ մասնավորաբար այսպիսի ձևակերպում կա. «Գալիս է սկզբունքորեն նոր ուժի շուրջ միավորվելու, միասնական մեկ բռունցք դառնալու ժամանակը»:
Այս օրերին տարաբնույթ քննարկումներ են ընթանում, թե կոնկրետ ինչ նկատի ուներ Սամվել Կարապետյանը՝ «նոր ուժ» արտահայտության ներքո, արդյո՞ք ենթատեքստում միասնականությունն է, թե՞ բառիս բուն իմաստով նոր քաղաքական ուժի ստեղծումը: Կա նաև տեսակետ, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանը նկատի է ունեցել այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանում այսօր կա նոր լիդերների, նոր խարիզմատիկ գործիչների կարիք:
Ընդհանրապես, պետք է նշել, որ հատկապես վերջին շրջանում հաճախ է խոսվում նոր ուժերի միավորման անհրաժեշտության մասին: Ավելին, դեռ մի քանի ամիս առաջ նրանց համախմբելու, նոր օրակարգ առաջ քաշելու նախաձեռնությամբ հանդես է եկել «Միասնություն» ազգային շարժումը՝ ի դեմս շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանի, որն արդեն իսկ կոնսոլիդացիոն մի շարք հանդիպումներ է ունեցել հասարակական, քաղաքական, մշակութային և այլ ոլորտների բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Տրամաբանությունը հենց «նոր ուժերի», «նոր մարդկանց» ներգրավումն ու ակտիվ քաղաքականության մեջ նրանց լուրջ դերակատարման առաջնայնությունն է: Այդ նախաձեռնություններին ու հանդիպումներին քանիցս անդրադարձել են ԶԼՄ-ները, այդ մասին խոսել են նաև ԱԺ անկախ պատգամավորները:
Թե որքանով են համահունչ կամ որքանով կարող են ժամանակի ընթացքում նույնական լինել Կարապետյանի հայտարարած «նոր ուժն» ու մինչ այս արդեն իսկ այդ գաղափարը կրող միավորները, մասնավորաբար՝ «Միասնություն» շարժումը, ցույց կտա ժամանակը: Բայց, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ ելք կունենա այս ամենը, ներկայում, մեր տեղեկոթյուններով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ու նրա իշխանությանը մեծապես անհանգստացնում է հենց նոր ուժերի՝ նոր օրակարգի շուրջ համախմբման հնարավորությունը:
