«Ոչ, ես ոչինչ չեմ արել». Պերմյակովի գործով մանրամասներ է պատմել սահմանապահը (տեսանյութ)
VIDEOԳյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայում այսօր շարունակվեց Ավետիսյանների սպանության մասով դատաքննությունը։
Հարցաքննության հրավիրվեց գործով վկա Միխայիլ Խաչատրյանը։ Վերջինս Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի սահմանապահ ջոկատի աշխատակից, «Բայանդուր 2» ուղեկալի նախկին պետն է:
Վկան պատմեց, որ հունվարի 12-ի ուշ երեկոյան սահմանային ուղեկալում հայտնաբերել և ձերբակալել է Վալերի Պերմյակովին։ Անմիջապես հարց է ուղել՝ դո՞ւ ես կատարել հանցագործությունը, որին ի պատասխան Պերմյակովն արձագանքել է. «Ոչ, ես ոչինչ չեմ արել»։
Մանրամասնելով կատարվածը վկան նշեց՝ զորամասի հրամանատարությունը հրաման է արձակել, որպեսզի շտապ մեկնի ծառայության, քանի որ պահակակետից զինծառայող է փախել: Եկել է զորամաս ու ավագ սերժանտի հետ միասին աշխատանքի անցել: Հատուկ վարժեցված շան հետ ինքն ու ավագ սերժանտը մեկնել են Պերմյակովի հետքերով՝ Մյասնիկյան 188 տուն, ուսումնասիրել տարածքը, մոտ 200 մետր գնացել ու կորցրել հետքը։
«Դրանից հետո հրամանատարի հրամանով գնացի սահմանային ուղեկալ: Երբ եկանք ծառայության վայրը, տեսանք պոմպային մասում լապտերի լույսը: Նկատեցի, որ ինչ-որ մեկը լապտերի լույս է գցել, ես տեսա և զորամասի հրամանատարին ասացի այդ մասին: Տվյալ լապտերի լույսը մոտենում էր մեզ, թույլ տվեցինք, որ անծանոթը մոտենա, որ կարողանանք ձերբակալենք, կանչեցինք, անծանոթը պատասխանեց՝ ձերոնցից եմ, այդ ժամանակ ես հասկացա, որ երևի թե դա փնտրվող անձն է»,- պատմեց Խաչատրյանը։
