Կալանավորված գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբորորդին՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, նախօրեին արեց մի արտահայտություն, որը, կարծում ենք, «թևավոր խոսք» դառնալու «հեռանկար» ունի. «Այսօր Հայաստանում ավելի մեծ պատիվ է՝ ճաղերից այն կողմ լինել...»: Ավելի դիպուկ բնորոշում այսօրվա վիճակին, երևի, դժվար է տալ:
Ինչո՞ւ:
Տեսեք՝ ովքե՞ր են ձերբակալվում, կալանավորվում, դատվում, իշխանությունների թիրախում հայտնվում: Եվ ինչո՞ւ միայն այսօր, հենց 2018-ից սկսած: Խոսքը, հասկանալի է, քաղաքական դաշտի մասին է: Հետապնդումների թիրախ են դառնում, կալանավորվում ու դատվում են նրանք, այնպիսի մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց մեջ ազգայինն են կրում: Նրանք, ովքեր հայրենիքի, պետության զգացողությունն ունեն: Նրանք, ովքեր Արցախի կողքին են, ովքեր Արցախի հաղթանակն են կերտել: Նրանք, ովքեր Արցախում ներդրում են արել, ովքեր Եկեղեցու կողքին են: Նրանք են հալածվում, ովքեր Եկեղեցին են հենց: Նրանք, ովքեր դեմ են թուրքական և ադրբեջանական օրակարգերին: Նրանք, ովքեր խանգարում են, որ փաշինյանական իշխանություններն իրականացնեն թուրքադրբեջանական ծրագրերը; Նրանք, ովքեր ընդդիմանում են, ովքեր չեն հանդուրժում, ովքեր ոչ մի պարագայում իրենց խիղճը, պատիվն ու անունը առուծախի առարկա չեն դարձնում:
Բնականաբար, մարդկային այդ տեսակը լինելը, այդ կարգի մարդ լինելն, ինքնին, պատվաբեր է: Ու, բնականաբար, ստացվում է՝ պատվաբեր է ճաղերի ետևում հայտնվելը: Հավելենք՝ նաև իշխանությունների կողմից հալածվելը, թիրախավորվելը...
Իսկ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մեծ հաշվով, այսօր Հայաստանը, Հայաստանի կամքն է ճաղերի ետևում, հայրենիքի ինքնիշխանությունն ու ազատությունն է բանտված:
Մյուս կողմից՝ որքան էլ պատվաբեր լինի այս ռեժիմի օրոք կալանավորվելը, քաղաքական հետապնդումների ենթարկվելը, դա փոքր մխիթարանք է: Այն առումով, որ գործնականում կարևոր է, որպեսզի անելիք ունեցողներից քչերը լինեն անազատության մեջ: Դե, հնարավոր էլ չէ ազգի գերակշիռ մեծամասնությանը բանտեր ուղարկել, այդքան տեղ հազիվ թե բանտերում լինի: Այո, այս իշխանությունների օրոք գուցե պատիվ է բանտարկվելը, հետապնդվելը, թիրախավորվելը: Նաև այն պատճառով, որ քաղաքական գործիչների նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործերը գրեթե ամբողջությամբ պարզապես «կարված» են, սարքովի, այսինքն՝ իրավապահ համակարգը կիրառվում է որպես քաղաքական գործիք: Բայց ոչ պակաս կարևոր է միավորվելը, որպեսզի, մեծ հաշվով, Հայաստանը դուրս գա պատանդի ու գերվածի այս վիճակից: Մի խոսքով՝ բանտից...
