Պատգամավորները ներկայացրել են նոր նախագիծ

Հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանում բուժաշխատողների վրա հարձակումների և նրանց մասնագիտական գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելու դեպքերը, երկարատև քննարկումներից հետո ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Հասմիկ Հակոբյանի և Արեն Մկրտչյանի հետ շրջանառության մեջ ենք դրել Քրեական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին մի նախագիծ: Դրանով նախատեսվում է քրեական պատասխանատվություն բուժաշխատողների մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու համար և ավելի խիստ պատասխանատվություն, եթե դա զուգակցվում է բռնության սպառնալիքով:

«Բռնության իրագործման դեպքերի համար պատասխանատվությունը ՔրՕր-ով արդեն իսկ նախատեսված է և մենք պետք է աշխատենք դրա կիրառումը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև որպես հանրություն պետք է փոխվենք, հասկանանք, որ չի կարելի խոչընդոտել, սպառնալ կամ բռնություն գործադրել իրենց մասնագիտական պարտքը կատարող բուժաշխատողների նկատմամբ, ինչպես օրինակ ոստիկանի կամ փրկարարի նկատմամբ: Նախ նման վարքագիծ չի կարելի դրսևորել ընդհանրապես որևէ մեկի նկատմամբ, բայց նաև միշտ հիշել, որ դրա պատճառով կարող է տուժել մեկը, ում բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերում մեր բուժաշխատողները և այդ մեկը կարող է լինել հենց մեր հարազատը:
Ստորև ներկայացնում եմ փոփոխության նախագիծն ամբողջությամբ և հետագա ընթացքի մասին կրկին տեղյակ կպահեմ:
Հոդված 187․1 Բուժաշխատողի մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը
1. Բուժաշխատողի մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելը՝
պատժվում է տուգանքով` առավելագույնը տասնապատիկի չափով, կամ հանրային աշխատանքներով` առավելագույնը հարյուր ժամ տևողությամբ, կամ ազատության սահմանափակմամբ` առավելագույնը մեկ տարի ժամկետով, կամ կարճաժամկետ ազատազրկմամբ` առավելագույնը մեկ ամիս ժամկետով:
2. Սույն հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված արարքը, որը կատարվել է բուժաշխատողի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով՝
պատժվում է տուգանքով` առավելագույնը քսանապատիկի չափով, կամ հանրային աշխատանքներով` հարյուրից երկու հարյուր ժամ տևողությամբ, կամ ազատության սահմանափակմամբ` առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով, կամ կարճաժամկետ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երկու ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով»,-նշել է նա։
