Իրանի հակահայկական երկրորդ քայլը
ANALYSIS
Ընդամենը երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում իսլամական երկրները երկրորդ բանաձևն են ընդունել ադրբեջանցիների՝ Հայաստան վերադառնալու անհրաժեշտության մասին՝ աջակցություն հայտնելով Բաքվի դիրքորոշմանը։ Օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում Տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության գագաթնաժողովի ավարտին այդ կառույցի անդամ 10 երկրներ համատեղ կոմյունիկե են ընդունել՝ վերահաստատելով անցած ամիս Ստամբուլում ընդունված պահանջները։ Ընդ որում, կոմյունիկեին միացել են ինչպես ՀԱՊԿ-ում և ԵԱՏՄ-ում Հայաստանի դաշնակից Ղազախստանը, այնպես էլ Տաջիկստանը, Ղրղըզստանը և Իրանը։
Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության արտգործնախարարների՝ Ստամբուլում կայացած հավաքում հունիսի 21-ին ևս մի բանաձև էր ընդունվել, որտեղ Հայաստանից պահանջել էին երկխոսել «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» համայնքի հետ, դատապարտել Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումները և պահանջներ ներկայացրել Հայաստանից իբր բռնի արտաքսված ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձն ապահովելու։ Տակավին օրեր անց Իրանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Էսմայիլ Բաղային մամուլի ասուլիս էր տվել, որտեղ հայտարարել էր, թե Ստամբուլում ընդունված հայտարարության մեջ տեղ գտած որոշ ձևակերպումներ, բառեր և բառակապակցություններ իրենք չեն պաշտպանում։ «Նման ձևակերպումների և արտահայտությունների կիրառումը կարող է աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունների ցանկություն առաջացնել, ինչը կառուցողական չէ, և չպետք է տարածաշրջանի պետությունների գործնական քաղաքականության հիմք հանդիսանա»,- հայտարարել էր Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը՝ այդկերպ փորձելով հանգստացնել կրքերը Երևանում։
Բայց հենց նույն Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանն անձամբ մեկնել էր Ստեփանակերտ, հանդիպել Ալիևին, ուշագրավ հայտարարություններ արել, վերջում էլ միացել հակահայկական բանաձևին։ Բնական է, որ առաջնայինը երկրի նախագահի, այլ ոչ ԱԳՆ խոսնակի հայտարարությունն է։ Արդյոք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ԱԳՆ կկանչի՞ Իրանի դեսպանին, նրան բողոքի նոտա կհղի՞, թե՞ ոչ։ Ամեն դեպքում փաստն այն է, որ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունն առաջնորդվում է բացառապես իր շահերով և առանձնապես Հայաստանի շահերը հաշվի առնելու ցանկություն չունի։ Սա մեկընդմիշտ պետք է հասկանան իրենց ապագան և պաշտպանվածությունն Իրանի հետ կապողները։
