«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Տարբեր լրատվամիջոցների հրապարակումները և մեր ունեցած վերլուծական տվյալները փաստում են, որ 2025 թվականի հունիսի ընթացքում Սյունիքի մարզի Խոզնավարի ուղղությամբ շարունակվել է կրակոցների կայուն և կանխամտածված ինտենսիվություն։ Մասնավորապես, հունիսի երրորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը գրեթե ամեն օր խախտել են հրադադարի ռեժիմը՝ «ՊԿ» տեսակի գնդացիրներից կրակ բացելով հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ։ Միջինում արձանագրվել է օրական 20-30 փամփուշտի սպառում։
Նման մարտավարությունն անփոփոխ է պահպանվել նաև հունիսի չորրորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում։ Կրակոցների բնույթը և հաճախականությունը հստակ վկայում են, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը հետևողականորեն պահպանում է լարվածության մարտավարությունը՝ ձգտելով հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրել թե՛ առաջնագծում ծառայող զինվորների, թե՛ սահմանամերձ բնակչության վրա։ Հնչող կրակոցներն իրականացնում են սիստեմատիկ միջամտության դեր՝ ստեղծելով վախի և անորոշության մթնոլորտ։
Ուշագրավ է, որ ժամանակին մամուլում հրապարակումներ եղան, որ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը պաշտոնից ազատվեց հենց սահմանային միջադեպերին թշնամուն համարժեք պատասխան տալու համար. խոստովանել էր, որ անձամբ է հրաման արձակել կրակ բացել Հայաստանի սահմանը խախտած թշնամու ուղղությամբ։ Նրա խոսքով, առանց այդ հրամանի զինվորը չէր կարող լիարժեք պաշտպանված լինել։ «Հանրապետության ղեկավարական կազմին իմ հրամանը հարմար չեկավ, և ինձ ազատեցին պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնից։ Մնացած դատողությունները թողնում եմ մեր ժողովրդին։ Ես կատարեցի իմ պարտքը՝ պաշտպանելու մեր հայրենիքը և մեր զինվորներին», – նշել էր Կարապետյանը՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ ժողովուրդը կտեսնի ճշմարտությունը։
