Ուկրաինական սադրանք՝ Հայաստանի դեմ

Ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմի սկզբից ի վեր ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները գրեթե անթաքույց իրենց աջակցությունն էին հայտնում Կիևին, Փաշինյանն էլ մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել է, թե այդ պատերազմում Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցը չէ։ Աննա Հակոբյանը հումանիտար օգնություն էր տանում Ուկրաինա, տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ այցելում էին Կիև, Բուչա, իսկ միջազգային ատյաններում Հայաստանը հաճախ ձեռնպահ կամ դեմ էր քվեարկում հօգուտ Ռուսաստանի բանաձևերին։
Պաշտոնական Կիևին ՀՀ սիրո այս դրսևորումները, կարծես, չեն հուզում, մի քանի դրվագներով ուկրաինացի պաշտոնյաները փորձել են սադրանքներ հրահրել Հայաստանի դեմ։ Օրերս էլ Ուկրաինայի ռազմական հետախուզությունը հայտնել է, որ Ռուսաստանը, Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների վատթարացման ֆոնին, «ընդլայնում է իր ռազմական ներկայությունը Հայաստանում»։ Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարարության գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչության Telegram ալիքում տեղադրված հայտարարության համաձայն՝ Կրեմլը, իբր, «արագացրել է Շիրակի մարզում իր ռազմաբազայի անձնակազմի համալրումը»՝ «Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների վրա ռազմական և քաղաքական ճնշումը մեծացնելու» նպատակով։ ԳՀՎ-ի տվյալներով՝ անձնակազմը հավաքագրվում է Ռուսաստանի զինված ուժերի զինծառայողներից, որոնք ծառայում են Ռոստովի և Վոլգոգրադի մարզերում, ինչպես նաև Ղրիմում։ Բացի այդ, կամավորներ են փնտրում Հյուսիսային Օսիայի և Ադիգեայի բնակիչների շրջանում. հայտնել է ԳՀՎ-ն։
Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն լղոզված և խեղճ ու կրակ մի պարզաբանում էր տարածել։ «Ի պատասխան մամուլում տեղ գտած որոշ մտացածին լուրերի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վերահաստատում է իր սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը, որ ՀՀ տարածքը չի կարող օգտագործվել երրորդ պետությունների կողմից հարևան պետություններից որևէ մեկի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններ իրականացնելու համար».- ասված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակի հայտարարության մեջ։ Պաշտոնական Երևանի պատասխանը հիմնված է «մամուլում տեղ գտած որոշ մտացածին լուրերի» վրա, հղում չկա ուկրաինական գլխավոր հետախուզական վարչության հաղորդագրությանը։ Մինչդեռ, ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն պարտավոր էր կանչել Ուկրաինայի դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչին, բողոքի խիստ հայտագիր ներկայացներ, ինչպես, օրինակ, այդպես վարվեց օրերս, ՌԴ դեսպանին կանչելով։
Անողնաշար արտաքին քաղաքականությունը հենց այս տեսքն է ունենում։
