Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, ամենևին էլ ապիկար չեն, ինչպես փորձում է նրանց ներկայացնել ընդդիմությունը։ Ավելին, այդպիսի կարծիքը ձեռնտու է նաև իշխանությանը, որը նպատակուղղված և հետևողական աշխատանք է տանում՝ իր վերարտադրությունն ապահովելու, ռեսուրսներ ներգրավելու, խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կեղծելու ուղղությամբ։ Ի տարբերություն իրար կոկորդ կրծող ընդդիմադիր տարբեր միավորների, «Քաղպայմանագիրը» բավական վաղուց է սկսել պատրաստվել ընտրություններին, անգամ հանրության մեջ ոչ պաշտոնական լոզունգ են փորձում ձևակերպել, որով ահաբեկելու են ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այդ լոզունգը հնչում է այսպես՝ «Նիկոլ կամ պատերազմ»։ Այսինքն, եթե չես ընտրում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ընտրում ես նոր պատերազմը՝ դրանից բխող հետևանքներով։ Իշխանական կատաստրոֆիկ ցածր վարկանիշի պայմաններում գործող իշխանությունները վերարտադրվելու միայն մեկ հնարավորություն ունեն՝ ահաբեկել հանրությանը նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի հեռանկարով, իսկ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան կողքից յուղ են լցնում իրավիճակի վրա՝ աջակցելով իրենց խամաճիկը դարձած ՀՀ իշխանություններին։

Մի շարք փորձագետներ ամիսներ շարունակ կոկորդ են պատռում, որ հենց Փաշինյանի ընտրությունն է դառնալու նոր պատերազմի նախերգանքը, բայց, հանուն արդարության, այդ փաստարկված նարատիվը հանրությանը հասցնելը բավական բարդ գործ է։ Պետք է մանրամասն աշխատել յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու հետ, բացատրել, որ Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի վերընտրությունը ոչ թե «խաղաղության դարաշրջան» է բերելու, այլ՝ նոր արհավիրքներ, բացելու է «պանդորայի արկղը», իսկ թշնամի պետություններին նոր պատերազմի առիթներ է տալու։ Միայն այդ փաստը հասարակ քաղաքացուն հասցնելով հնարավոր է բեկել իրավիճակը, «Քաղպայմանագրին» զրկել իշխանությունից, կասեցնել Հայաստանի գահավիժումը։
