Ֆրանսիայի և Մեծ Բրիտանիայի առաջնորդները «ցանկացողների կոալիցիայի» նոր նիստ կանցկացնեն

Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի գրասենյակը հայտնել է, որ հուլիսի 10-ին նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը և բրիտանացի վարչապետ Քիր Սթարմերը կանցկացնեն, այսպես կոչված, «ցանկացողների կոալիցիայի» նիստը՝ արևմտյան երկրների խմբի, որոնք պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել զինադադարի կնքման դեպքում Ուկրաինա ուղարկել իրենց խաղաղապահ զորքերը, հայտնում է BBC-ն։
Հուլիսի 8-ից 10-ը Մակրոնը պետական այցով կգտնվի Մեծ Բրիտանիայում։ Ի թիվս այլոց, նա կդիմի երկրի խորհրդարանին և հանդիպում կունենա Չարլզ թագավորի հետ։
Այցի ընթացքում Սթարմերն ու Մակրոնը նաև կգլխավորեն Ուկրաինային աջակցության հարցով խորհրդակցությունը եվրոպական այլ առաջնորդների հետ, այդ թվում՝ Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Ֆրիդրիխ Մերցի և Իտալիայի վարչապետ Ջորջա Մելոնիի, ինչպես նաև Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու մասնակցությամբ, հայտնել է Ելիսեյան պալատը։
Սպասվում է, որ Սթարմերն ու Մակրոնը կգլխավորեն խորհրդակցությունը Լոնդոնում, իսկ մյուս առաջնորդները նրանց կմիանան տեսակապով։
Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի վարչակազմը հայտնում է, որ գագաթնաժողովի մասնակիցները, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, կքննարկեն մարտական գործողությունների դադարեցման դեպքում Ուկրաինա «երաշխավորման ուժեր» ուղարկելու հարցը։
Նրանք նաև կխոսեն այն մասին, թե «ինչպես ճնշում գործադրել Ռուսաստանի վրա, որպեսզի նա համաձայնի զինադադարի՝ առանց որևէ նախապայմանի, ինչը նա բազմիցս մերժել է»։
Եվրոպացի առաջնորդները «ցանկացողների կոալիցիայի» մասին սկսել են ակտիվորեն խոսել Սպիտակ տուն Դոնալդ Թրամփի գալուց և Ուկրաինայի՝ անվերապահ զինադադարին համաձայնելուց հետո։
Սակայն Ուկրաինա եվրոպական խաղաղապահներ ուղարկելը, հավանաբար, անհնար կլինի առանց Ռուսաստանի համաձայնության, որը բազմիցս հասկացրել է, որ նման սցենարն անընդունելի է համարում։
Բացի այդ, «ցանկացողների կոալիցիայի» հաջող աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ է ԱՄՆ-ի աջակցությունը, սակայն Թրամփի վարչակազմն առայժմ պատրաստակամություն չի հայտնել այս առաքելության համար տրամադրել իր ռազմական ռեսուրսները։
