Ադրբեջանը դույզն-ինչ չի նվազեցրել իր պահանջները

Դուբայում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Իլհամ Ալիևի՝ հուլիսի 10-ին նախանշված հանդիպմանն ընդառաջ փաշինյանական քարոզչամեքենան ու հատկապես հաստիքային արևմտամետները փորձում են տպավորություն ստեղծել՝ իբր Ադրբեջանը փոխզիջումների է գնալու խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրելու հարցում։ Փորձում են հանրությանը համոզել, թե տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցություններն անցնելու են ՀՀ իրավազորության ներքո, ծաղրում Ալիևի «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» հայեցակարգը։
Փաստը, սակայն, հակառակն է։ Պաշտոնական Բաքուն ոչ միայն հետքայլ չի արել իր պահանջներում, այլև ավելի հստակ ու կոշտ դիրքորոշում է որդեգրել։ Օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտում, Տնտեսական համագործակցության կազմակերպության հավաքին Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե այժմ մեծ կարևորություն է ստանում Հայաստանից արտաքսված արևմտյան ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձը: Ելույթի զգալի մասը նվիրելով Հայաստանին՝ Ալիևը հիշեցրել է օրեր առաջ Ստամբուլում անցկացված Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպության բանաձևերը, որոնցում Երևանին կոչ էր արվում կատարել Բաքվի պահանջները:
«Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում կազմակերպության նախարարների խորհրդում բոլոր 57 անդամ պետությունների կողմից աջակցվող միաձայն բանաձևի ընդունումը, որը վերահաստատում է Հայաստանից բռնի արտաքսված ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի իրավունքը։ Այս բանաձևի հետ մեկտեղ, ժամանակակից Հայաստանի տարածքից բռնի վտարված ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի իրավունքը հաստատվում է նաև Նախարարների խորհրդի նիստից հետո ընդունված «Ստամբուլի հռչակագրով»։ Հռչակագիրը նաև դատապարտում է Հայաստանի հրաժարումն Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի համայնքի հետ երկխոսություն սկսելուց», - նշել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահը:
Նշենք, որ երեկ Ստեփանակերտում է եղել նաև Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանը, որը մեկ բառ անգամ չի ասել ԻՀԿ բանաձևերի մասով, մինչդեռ Իրանի ԱԳՆ-ից օրերս հայտարարել էին, թե իրենք չեն կիսում հակահայկական բանաձևերի դրույթները։ Իսկ Ալիևը նրա ներկայությամբ է պնդել, որ բանաձևերն ընդունվել են միաձայն։
Ի դեպ, Թուրքիայի նախագահն էլ հայտարարել է, թե Թուրքիան հետևում է Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության բանակցությունների ընթացքին՝ սպասելով համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը, որը «կբավարարի Ադրբեջանի օրինական պահանջները»։
Իրանին կամ այլ երկրի կարելի է մեղադրել անհետևողականության մեջ, բայց դրա միակ ու գլխավոր մեղավորը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, որը «ինքնիշխանության» կոչերի ներքո ավելի է իջեցնում ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունը, Հայաստանը դարձնում մանրադրամ տարբեր երկրների հարաբերություններում։
